bod don’t appear too bothered by the share price - would all have been paid their salaries last week LOL

interesting that align still haven’t transferred the second batch of shares - they still hold 100% of the voting rights so until this happens can’t see the investors getting that deeply involved

Great potential however, looking at the share price you would never think that they would be income generating in the next 8 weeks - maybe confidence on Bod and trust is rock bottom still….

Come on Bod - you must have some update now to share with long suffering shareholders ?

Delay half expected by some out outset but it is only a month (with 3 bank holidays) so company must be confident they can finalise fairly quickly

A general lack of confidence and trust in the company. Started to give us diamond sales a couple of years ago and then NIL update - mining HMS and stockpiling months ago then NOTHING - talking to offtake partners months ago then NOTHING - confining of the payments as recurved for tant mine then NOTHING - new investor taking major stage - around 3% transferred (with no voting rights) and then NOTHING…..

We can all going on - prospective Investors look at the company, read, research and then NOTHING -

To add to that bod are not interested in the day to day fluctuations in share price, nor weekly or monthly. Their focus is on getting the plant running properly, selling the product and growing the company. The share price should then take care of itself.

Why are so many people obsessed with the day to day share price when they claim to be In it for the long term!

The investor is buying in at a cric. 50% premium - most shares would rally on this news but we remain static - surely this money spell out the trust to the board that there is (1) genuine lack of trust in them and (2) overall logic of optimism In the business

We have called on numerous occasions for financials but have constantly been ignored - should they change the share code to SNP.L

EpicOG fair value is what the market dictates at any given time on any given day driven by sentiment (as this time) one would expect that the fair value would change once cash received

And if you look at L2 you wonder why is only at .9

I just wonder how many more transformations years the board are going to promise us!

Disappointing that they are unlikely to pay any sale proceeds of mine to investors - many are nursing losses and I would have thought the bod would have wanted to demonstrate shareholder value by distributing some dosh.

If the place, spend, sell assets and reinvest with no return to shareholder nor value creation how on earth are they going to generate interest in the stock

Any sort of update !!!

Fair value for the company is 0.8p a what you can buy and sell for. ! All the other numbers folk are sprouting are just guesses fair value change in line with news but more likely sentiment - I just look at the broker targets but on AIM they too can be wildly wrong (both under and over)

Hopefully some interest will build ahead of investor presentation next Wednesday.

What are the odds of the bod sharing some financial information / projections?

I’m still here with my 8m shares - got in at the low 0.2s so quick happy to stick it out

Ironveld will have its day - just don’t know which one and in which year (or even decade for long term holders )

Wouldn’t say greedy people lucky2023 - we are all in here to maximise profit - different people do it a different way.

Pull pack is always healthy as new investors come in with higher base cost
