It’s amazing how many investors want to take chips of the table after a sudden fall and didn’t want to do so after a rise - don’t look at the waves look at the tide

I’ll take a chance and top up sub .25p no news for a few more weeks and i recon this will contribute to drift

Onlyking - is there something wrong with holding only 500k shares? Is that not enough and do you need to own several million or tens of millions to be able to have a voice or an opinion? No one should be judged on what they have invested

Think we are but we are also forgetting the number of warrants and shares issued under 1p - this isn’t going to move up until there is decent volume 20m + a day

Not paranoia at all - we have had so many promises that haven’t been delivered - Are we selling diamonds? Are we selling tant? No one knows because there is zero detailed updates - it’s all about restoring investor confidence in this share which is at an all time low. It’s as if the board don’t want the share price to move up

Classic KZG - no wonder the share price is stagnant - no news and then the dreaded RNS - seen it too many time here I’m afraid

Paying a special dividend would not save any windfall tax as dividends are declared out of taxes profit (retained or otherwise)

For all we know AA could have placed a bit and another party could also be placing a bid - 5pm and it is closed to everyone

Couldn’t agree more - folks talking 1p by Christmas - that almost 400% higher than what it is today. That’s the hype - the reality and, in my opinion, is that we still won’t have funding agreed by then. If we do then great but a lot of geopolitical factors coming into play.

I would love it to be however I am a realist. If this is so nail on succeeding and being in production short term why is the share price still struggling to break out of the .20s

I’ve invested in AIM for decades and seen this so many times before. Yes - I’ve had some winners that have 10 bagged on a matter of months but also some that have gone from “nailed on hero to zero”

I does only take one though - hence why I am invested but only invested what I can afford to loose

Exactly what I am suggesting - many folks have hundreds of thousands in an ISA - totally acceptable to sell with an ordinary account and purchase using funds already in an ISA

That wasn’t what I was saying . If you held 10m shares in an investment account then you could ISA them to create a capital loss which could be used to offset gains on other shares now or in the future. I am aware of the tax rules of ISAs

Could also be a T20 rollover - both similar times and very similar prices. Could also be someone selling and buying within an ISA to create a capital loss

Could be folks getting in before (hopefully) RNS Monday saying funds received and then they sell our making a few quid. Either way, RNS to say funds received would be “transformational@ as company have never delivered on their promises before

Big question here is who is selling or are the MMs just taking this down on company sentiment.

For sure it can’t be align - they know about the proposed placing which isn’t in the public domaine so Any purchase/sales would be insider dealing and a self reportable offence

View your investment as spent money - best way with sim - only invest what you can afford to lose and if it all goes the way we hope then you will be happy. If it sinks, because it’s not the new investors want to hear then it won’t hurt as much.

There are many posters who have been in sim stocks for many years - I’m sure all will be able to site those that had great potential and ended up being a flop .

My personal view was it was announced to help back up the “going concern” requirement for the statutory accounts

It said in last RNS that they have been in discussion//diligence about smelter for 8 months - ie similar timeframe to when grosvenor investment announced so why would they start having itchy feet now. Only board know the trustee and we are not being everything here but that’s not new for this company. We have been going into production every year for at least the last 5 years
