Can’t be long now before an update. Jennings has stuck his neck on the line here and put money where his mouth is. Let’s see if he is as good as he makes out !

Our CEO is only positive when he needs to raise cash. Funny that he claims to have so many irons in the fire and some global powerhouses at the negotiating table but now, after yet another raise, all has gone quiet.

Give it another few months and his optimism will be shared again and the begging bowl will be passed around.

KZG RNSs are a bit like buses - none for ages and then 3 come at once.

Was a trading holt last time when they announced the possible deal - wouldn’t be surprised if this is the deal being rubber stamped. My view remains that KZG are linked to this and we will announce a deal for aftan shortly - which could be pivotal

So our new CEO has just purchased 6.5m shares - question is who did he by them from at 1p ?

Don’t necessarily agree - options and LTIPs are commonly used in many businesses, especially if they are lining up to sell !!!

1sr lot of options have following vesting criteria

“ Bloomberg closing mid-market price of Ordinary Shares ≥ 2p for 90 consecutive calendar days, being a premium of 74% to the closing mid-market price on 27 April 2026”

Options not worth anything unless share price over 2p

Not at all against the award of options but this is a hell of a give away - more than 10% of our market cap ! Good though that they are worth nothing unless share price over 2p - personally, would have liked them to be aligned with the warrants issued last year at 2.5p

I’ve averaged down a lot over the years and just hope some day I may get a proportion of my investment back. At the moment there are so many placing shares for current and last year that will get flipped into any positive announcement

Totally funky - we have been here a long time and have had many false dawns - maybe the sun is going to rise brightly with Jennings - at least he is aligned with all other shareholders and isn’t milking a handsome salary for his position.

Do believe that this still has legs and wouldn’t be surprised is we surpass 1.5p this week.

The state of play news is out, positives a foot and hopefully so renewed confidence for investors

Jennings did what Dennis never did - set out exactly where we are and what the plan it.

Deep down, a lot here had concerns and many had called for Dennis to be transparent - sadly he wasn’t and it cost him his job.

There is certainly positivity in the air and those placing shares last year with attached warrants could end up coming out of the bottom draw. With warrants expiring in November (which Jennings also has) there is a lot riding on the next 6 months

Almost a month on from the block build so hope for an update very soon.

Yesterday had to be done and hopefully the news coming in the weeks and months ahead will be far more positive. Expect this to kick on up if investors believe Jennings can land just one of the many pivotal strategic goals he has set (and wants to be measured against)

Was it a coincidence that Arcadia updated markets ion the same day we did. I am sure we are linked into this deal somehow and could be more important than 2A

Fact we are trying to negotiate with current Aftan owners leads me to think that a deal is in the offing
