Tests for Heathrow,Bristol, Bangor and others unspecified, shall I email Avi Lazarow?
So, this question again
Does anybody know who is supplying tests to PRENETICS?
They quote “gold standard”,they don’t mention variants, nobody here knows anything?
Anyone on here researched this co.? They are approved testers for uk gov.
Whose kits are they using for pcr?
They are proposing 3x more labs and covering all the airports, test cost £110 and returned within 24 hours.
Btw they are cutting down their staff budget by spending less on ppe, sounds like watering down the workers beer to me.
Yes, I have noticed this too,it appears that buy/sell revenues are often “summarised” to reflect a good trading day, after all mm’s make money either way.
It’s clear to many on here that trading sub £7 is a weeding exercise so have a beer and watch the daffodils grow.
Lse has sp wrong here?
Sorry, I read it was filmed in October,if this is the case now,it’s unacceptable
Yesterday’s news right enough, there was a report out when it was “filmed” way back last October.
Why is this impression falsely promoted now?
What is the agenda here?
I suspect dark forces at work discrediting pcr testing .
I’m sure nova and az do not follow such widely unacceptable practices, clown Boris appears quite a lot in this “panorama”, a program which used to be honest but is now sun like sensationalism
Having worked in a specialised antibody detection lab I cannot believe what I witnessed with this secret camera and reporter/investigator assigned to this task by the British bull**** corporation.
The sloppy work practices on display here were an early demonstration of the government rush to create the impression that they were “on” the crisis.
More pertinent to ask the reason why Novacyt are employing an army of practitioners and scientists to educate those doing the testing in the labs as these are not “flat pack assembly instructions”
Nova are proven yet again to be ahead of the pharma pack chasing this test business, right at the start this company was doing the science and developing a strategy to deal with variants. Confirmation that at least 4 can be identified via pcr which looks for genetic markers specific to each.
They will apply their knowledge to a huge range of diagnostic tools for viral/bacterial/fungal identification, the future is assured.
Day traders will slip in and out and seem to do this in early morning eg 20 points made on the spread today.
Don’t be fooled by downswings, there is a squeeze going on.
This happens every Friday ,banking profits,
It’s interesting to see traders making a quid on the spread this morning.
Seriously though we haven’t seen mad cap days like this since the tech boom.
Has anybody read the instructions for an LFT test?
The idea of school kids shoving swabs up their noses followed by tickling their tonsils and then eluting the product into a vial and then placing the elutant in a tiny well and waiting 30 minutes for an “outcome” ?
I rest my case,I think the contracts for these will be throwing good money away, spit tests are the way to go but don’t get spat at kids!
Good, comprehensive article which should convince the anti pcr propagandists how this is the only way forward to correctly identify variants.
So it’s an antibody test then?
Using camel blood which presumably has been infected with COVID-19
These antibodies then react with live virus to create a small current which can be measured
Sounds a bit like far fetched speculation science to me
There are bound to be lots of fly bys in this diagnostic game, just like the tech game in the 90’s
I agree with all that has been written today on this Boris thread. The market for diagnostics will never die, change it will, the pandemic has provided a serious thrust towards genomics research, via our uk wide dna/rna labs we lead the way,if the az vaccine prevents significant transmission then our collaboration is guanteed.Nova are ahead of the curve with promate making pcr tests easier and developing faster tests which are currently being evaluated.
Except when they’re holding shares in basket cases which they cannot sell.
MM’s always make a profit, it’s called the spread.
