Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
I hope you have not put the curse on the SP again. ;@)
Whilst there may have been a growing divide pro-rata - the actual volume of shares has been tiny in the grand scheme of things. The small rises in the SP, however, are a welcome and positive change.
There will significantly more interest and volume (IMO) once we get an update on Ice Max etc.
Only you can answer that one I'm afraid.
You know your circumstances - what is a lot for some people is pin money for others.
Some people have suggested getting out with their initial investment and leaving what is left as a free/risk-free investment
So, for example, you dropped £10,000 at 2p per share giving you 500,000 shares.
If the share price got to 5p you could sell 200,000 and get your initial pot back with the remaining 300,000 getting a free ride and you can sell along the way when the value was right for you.
Stay safe all. ;@)
I hope we are all in canny fettle and life is treating everyone as well as it can be.
What time is the presentation tomorrow, please? I know it will be on the board, however, not sure I fancy trawling through the many posts as I feel a little lazy.
As has been mentioned - we expect to be informed about the movement of the Ice Max quite soon - not sure I dared to use imminently.
A few bits of news are expected on the run up to drill so we should receive something that excites us a little.
Stay safe folks ;@)
Harry - I hope that is not putting the mockers on lol ;@)
On the lead up to drill.
Interesting told me that our date was off, because he was shielding ;@(
...merely the anticipation.
We know the scheduled timeline and if there is no change of plan then the planets will be almost aligned today.
We anticipate news on CPR, Stena Icemax's movements etc and those timelines have already discussed so anticipation was expected.
Having bagged Uruguay, I wonder whether BPC will be aiming at the BEOM Lease Sale 256 this month.
Zag - there will be many who are happy to take profit at this stage. Didn't see it as deramping.
Ginge, that could be a life-changing investment in a couple of years.
Sorry Ginge - not for you - meant for tecjed1
My mistake. ;@)
have you only got 100 shares then Ginge? tic smiley face ;@
...a late RNS I wonder?
Nice to see an extra few grand in the pot today. Long may it continue.
filtered messages for me counts 26.
Most I have had for some time.
Fireworks going off sounding like a war-zone at the moment - suppose when it is usually very quiet on the top of the hill any change to the levels is noticeable.
Hopefully, we will see some fireworks here before too long. A full year since I lost a dear uncle and the start of lockdown. Very bad timing really.
Stay safe all - Bryn ;@)
Tiburn - exactly - we need to all be looking to the future. Similarly, with the current C19 situation - we must look forward and a better time will be had.
Mistakes will be made/have been made and it is what everyone does here and now that matters the most.
Stay safe all ;@)
....don't sweat the small stuff.
It is so true here. So much unnecessary noise at the moment.
Stay safe all ;@)
corpse - you've corpsed with that response - the question related to the P1 well in Bahamian waters being deemed a dead cert by Simon Potter in the Core Finance interview with Malcy Wood.
Peter - apparently in drilling - this 25% to 35% chance of success is extremely good - check out the Moyes Report and others in earlier RNS 2019 and before.
Stay safe all - what a bleeding year - took my mind off BMR a little though - silver linings and all. ;@)
Have we a parrot in the room? Or is someone just trying to make a point? ;@)
..lessons on reading tealeaves again.
Decent RNS this morning, though perhaps not the subject most wanted to hear about.
We own the assets now, it is not all about P1 in the long term. Just a little more patience ;@)
