I think we all expected a better update than we received Thursday - we know that settled a few nerves anyway, but YES it would be nice to learn more - NO it would not cause a tank if nothing in the morning.

Should there be any surprises in the presentation - it will do good or bad - but I do not see any tanking going on.

To the average man in the street, 1,000,000 or multiples thereof showing as a sale would be huge.

However, a number of posters on here, appear to have a lot more than that - some with that in a trading account.

Whilst I do not profess to own multiple millions, I do not see the figures mooted as anything out of the ordinary.

Again - they are impressive singular trades for anyone looking in with fresh eyes.

P$ - hopefully Eytan will be full of vigour tomorrow as he will need to keep the after lunch lot on their toes - hopefully we will get a juicy RNS between now and the presentation.

As for large buys, there have been a couple of sales too.

Current volumes Buys 3,869,575 vs Sales 3,354,507

Current buys at 2.529
Current sells at 2.475

Nothings fiery about the current trading as yet - I would hope no one gets too excited presently.

Presentation tomorrow may yield us some further positivity and who knows whether an RNS may be presented to us die hards beforehand.

Will take as long as it takes to break through all the levels. Not long from arriving to get to the first layer broken through, though we are looking at several levels and need to see if there are any issues - got to be extremely careful. I imagine initial results will be mid to late January. Though we do have industry posters here at the moment who would know better.

Reading through the RNS again, it is very much centred around renumeration for deferred salary - only payable when there is the means either via a farm-in or by cash in the bank.

What interests me was the cash payment to Mr P. - now don't get me wrong - flying business class to Sydney every few months will not be cheap, however, I doubt he would be in need of such an injection of cash into his personal account at this juncture.

Purely speculative suggestion is that there is a plan ? which has allowed him to take the cash from the coffers and it was merely a nod to us all that this is the case. I started this paragraph with purely speculative.

I am sure we will find out tomorrow if that may be the case. Stay safe all ;@)

smalltrader - I think you would need to subscribe to a feed from one or more of any satellites orbiting the specific area - however, they would not be able to tell you much, if anything.

tom - today's trades were tiny in the big scheme of things. With 3,408.2m of shares in issue presently the under 20 million traded today make up only only a fraction of 1% so it makes not a ha'peth of difference that the majority were marked as sales.

If there is suddenly the 100's of millions being sold with much less buys then by all means allow your heart to flutter.

Noted the several posts this morning and it seems most folk are just very early risers, are in a different time zone or just plain and simply suffering with insomnia. ;@)

I hope everyone is well and not blighted by the current mess around the pandemic. Exciting times for holders of BPC whether long termers or otherwise.

It is surely time for us to receive a steady positive boost to the SP and hopefully we will receive some news to assist with this.

Nothing more to add with regards to research, I think we have some great information being posted, historic data, technicals from those involved in drilling and trade analysis.

That is quite horrifying really - total devastation indeed. Noted the not for broadcast watermark on the video and perhaps in order not to panic the people any further. Let us hope that does not happen again.

Colin Bird is the man taking over and looking to refloat, however, no one really knows.

Consolodation ?

I had been thinking we have an awful lot of shares in issue, however, comparing our measly 3.4 billion to the likes of another oil company with a similar ticker - BP - they have 20,264,386,728 in issue and they sit comfortably at £2.16 pence.

Of course this is like comparing apples and pears in our current form.

I had experience of another oil company doing a 25:1 consolidation.
