So Guz are in you fact saying you think the SI will want more discount ~25% from the VWAP of 2.1c (0.9p) or am I misreading that last sentence?

Mr Martini as 128K says it could be that the Rights Issue is a dramatic failure and DW chooses to move the balance of shares allocated under the 3B document, it would probably have to be at a lower price which would not bring in as much funds, however does that mean that the share price will necessarily fall to that lower price?
Depends on a whole host of factors not least the final volume of shares involved and I am sure anyone participating will want to see some profit before they sell.
Plus of course news flow.
Ultimately we are talking decimal points of a penny probably, so if you believe in the company and are just not in it for a quick buck if just comes down to how you wish to play, commit to the scheme or just play it ad hoc.

I remember the 2015 issue were the discount was 22% if I remember properly and the whole thing became a mess with investors selling early on the expectation of receiving cheap shares, which ultimately they did not.
Things seem different this time around and even at 14% discount the excitement is muted.

marineville anyone forecasting a CR on this share will ultimately be proved right, we have no income only outgoings and for those who think otherwise then they are in cloud cuckoo land, the important thing is what we do with the money when we get it, for all the noise about Dave's salary he is just one very important guy in a very small team in reality, the staff performance reward starting calculation base is now 3c so even to get on the ladder we have to see a substantial increase from today.
Work out what we have spent on exploration inc. 3D, leases + rents and compare it to running costs of business.
Sure some wrong turnings may have been taken but the company history (88E) was founded on HRZ, conventional was secondary and everyone it seems remembers the multibaggers but not many remember the caveats.
Next year we have the Winx prospect and hopefully ( might be 2018) a Farm Out or two, one thing for certain no one knows for sure on this board or indeed any board how talks, negotiations are progressing.

Jiddy it will go on like this until the whole rights issue had been done and dusted, 128K has the terms and timetable pinned to a wall somewhere with the relevant bits hilited and plenty of worse case scenarios, so perhaps we are just best to leave them to talk to them selves.
