Guz OK I can see what you are saying, I have no problem with Dave's words though I just think he made a logical illustration to explain how the market can move (that is under a penny i 100% certain) and that the RI was guaranteed at a penny.
Have taken my allocation and also bought at under a penny twice over, the last one actually a mistake as I pressed the wrong button.

LeMajor it an absolute certainty that there will be a shortfall as not all holders are eligible and some will notwish to partake so it will depend on what balance exists after the initial 1:7 (is that the right way round) tranch is settled.

"Qualifying shareholders will also be given the opportunity to apply for additional shortfall shares beyond their 1 for 7 entitlement. It is the intention of the Board to allocate additional shortfall shares on a pro-rata basis calculated using the number of shares held as at the close of the offer period.

The Company reserves the right to place any shortfall shares that are not taken up by existing shareholders at the discretion of the Directors."

Guzzler I did not say you made it up, but in my view it was just an illustration not any statement of fact, DW did not actually say that there was someone out there about to buy a 100M, even if we may like to believe that there might be.

100M shares just used as an example to illustrate that it would probably not be possible to buy large quantities of shares on the open market, just imagine a transaction of that size and the build it would take, at October average daily trades all markets) that's nearly 5 days of business.
It was an illustration not a statement of fact.

ABLE I am pleased that there investors like you as the more successful the RI the better for the company and its shareholders IMHO, I hope you get want you want and profit hugely,
I have no doubt we will continue to have posters telling us how that they have bought cheaper than a penny for what ever reason.

muscat I make that £16.00 saved per 100,000 shares before commission so dependent on volumes.
