D45 I thought you had become the police, after all it was you issuing the order. :-) Thank you for the update on your conversation with DW, ties in with what he told me about cores now being standard rotary type and not pressure cores, HRZ is a moving feast it seems and a lot is still to be learnt. No matter what I am happy that DW increased our conventional potential when he did.
Spinefx Based on 2018 permit we could be seeing physical activities commencing within 6-7 weeks , next week sees the start of freezing conditions, not super cold yet but the beginning of winter, as the dark nights lengthen. Should be able to build news flow. we will get dispensation to travel for ice road construction with correct vehicles.

"Hartleys maintains a ‘speculative buy’ rating on 88 Energy, saying the most likely trigger to move the share price upwards will come from developments in the company’s conventional resources. The broker has recently lifted its valuation from 2.4 cents to 2.8 cents per share.
Given that potential upside, 88 Energy should be rated as one of the more interesting small energy plays listed on the ASX – but it’s a small company operating in a foreign jurisdiction, and investors need to understand (and be comfortable) with the risks of the junior oil and gas sector."
Status now at "Ripe for Decision", when that decision will be is moot, the case subject to expedited status and that has resulted in the relatively quick progress to date, so hears hoping for 1) An expedited decision and 2) A positive decision. https://appellate-records.courts.alaska.gov/CMSPublic/Case/General?caseID=25303 Will not result in huge $ to AEA (88E) however it will remove interest obligations which must be positive.
"For the period ended 30 June 2019 the Company recorded a loss of $29.325 million (30 June 2018: $3.198 million loss). The loss was largely attributable to the impairment of the Winx-1, Icewine-1 and Icewine-2 exploration wells during the half-year, together with general and administrative costs, finance costs and employee benefits expense. "
Impairment Reduction in the value of an asset because the asset no longer generates the benefits expected earlier as determined by the company through periodic assessments. This could happen because of changes in market value of the asset, business environment, government regulations, etc.
Sound financial practise whether we like it or not?
14:27 just looked at the HC 88E board, can't see what you were referring to, only post is subsequent to HC news post and does not give the message to me at least that anything under $10M is a success. Are we "bloggers" or "posters"?
The difference in ASX & AIM stance (Rules) in respect of trading halts was well documented last March, the only answer is not to deal (invest) in dual listed shares, guess also applies to the time difference - one side or other always gets first dibs
I84 best wishes for the future, its your money and you must do as you think fit, again you and JR prove no one is trapped, yes its hard but if you feel there may be better opportunities elsewhere at the moment then seems sensible to go for them.
