ASX closed at;
LAST PRICE / TODAY'S CHANGE $0.005 0.000 (0.000%)
https://www.asx.com.au/markets/company/88E
But look at the graph and see how it traded over the day, ASX does rely heavily on last trade for closing price calculation it seems.
Rise today very welcome not sure what has driven it or the relatively good volumes in AIM today, overnight ASX & c'boe volume nothing special.
Look to see whay OTC brings from 02:30 onwards.

88E Hickory-1 rig slated for mobilisation until 17th Feb so no results and twenty days of testing so results not expected soon.

Per last announcement its mid Feb tomorrow and mobilisation should have commenced or be very soon, can see nothing yet on Alaska 511 (web or App), did I see someone stating it the move was slated for the 17th ?
Has anyone had any joy with the Copernicus site per WY51WYG posts 22/01& 26/01?
:-)
No update yet on the 511 web page, I am unsure if the page gets updated as often as it should, not sure if rig move for Hickory-1 appeared last year and did query with the 511 team then.
There is an Alaska 511 App and will check that also in case that updates independently
Amazing how much chat the Q4 activities report has generated and I am unsure if anyone is particulary wrong :-)
I too have my doubts about some of our projects, Longhorn has been a slow burn despite the relatively high POO , when first announced Jan 2022 the wells were proding 300BOE per day, despite plenty of investment in workovers we are not producing much more today and nothing like the projections of 1300 BOE given as a medium term target.

Dave Wall may not have been perfect but he was heavily invested here and had a strong interest in driving the share price, not sure if I recognise the same in current team.
All we can hope now is for Hickory-1 to be confirmed as an unequovical success

OSL (Santos) would probably contend that the headline figure of $3 per barrel was a misnomer, that calculation was based on very conservative resource figures, substantial upside has been proven since.

Work can commence (agreement with DNR) prior to general opening of tundra, as an example our neighbours completed ice road and pad for Talitha-A well before the general opening of the tundra (see RNS06/01/2022).
nb. Lower Foothills opened generally on 12/02/2022.
What would not differ would be the closure date to avoid stranding of equipment.
Flow test targeted for mid February per last RNS, possibly could been earlier but I have no doubt that company has reasons for timing logistical or strategic :-)
currently -36 deg C on Northslope at Deadhorse.

If someone is good with satelite images it would be possible to home in on the GPS cordinates for Hickory-1 and see if there is activity.
69.77933896N, -148.71768754W
Think the satelite tool of choice is the eos.com / landviewer have tried in the past but always struggle, either just beyond me or my antiquated pc is not up to the job :-(
Nothing really new

Admin often (if not always) deletes whole threads rather than individual posts so its not always possible to pinpoint whch post(s) was the causal.
I am unsure if merely mentioning another poster by name breaks the site rules so perhaps it was something else (someone elses post) that offended the moderator.
Next 14 days look promising for ice road and pad construction.

Based on Well cordinates from Merlin-1
West Willow-2 55miles
Harpoon -1 35miles
Distance between respective project boundaries will be closer but gives an idea of distances involved.
Harpoon Project is yet to be approved for development either by COP (or Feds).

Will be interesting to see what happens at the end of the 12m moratorium, if no farm out agreed to facilitate future exploration there has to be a possibility that we will do a "yukon".
Whatever potential for development existed has been eroded by Biden and the green agenda.
