Ltv I have a different view in that I believe this share will only go one way as we move towards Winx and Farm Out news so any shares purchased at 1p should be good value ultimately.
No problem with recent lease purchases, they make a lot of sense particularly the native lands that gives us a "partner" and a very powerful "partner" at that. I do accept that in the short term they have possibly exacerbated need for cash to top up coffers.
Think DW has given an explanation on the HRZ that seems to make sense and give prospects for the future but I think all of us would like to see proven oil in early 2019 from conventional.
But everyone must do as they see fit after all its their money.

A shortfall would be pretty well 100% inevitable if only barest allocation 1/7 applied for by eligible shareholders as offer is not applicable in all markets and in any case not everyone will chose (or be in a position) to take up the offer in any case, so for those wishing to take up any shortfall the route is I believe in the link above.

I do not believe you can trade non renounceable rights, but this is a question best answered by your broker.

cafc if I remember correctly the actions tabs will come into life, then make your decision and ensure enough ackers in the account. Sorry if a bit vague but only ever done this with 88E 2015 and RDSB in 2016-7.
