No one forced anyone to invest in 88E and there are ample resource sources and North Slope histories, I think act in haste repent at your leisure springs to mind for a few.

No I basically showed a lack of discipline ignored my son and did not sell just 300K, which I subsequently bought back before today, went with my guts.
But that is the way it is, the 300K in itself work OK and I effectively did OK.
In general I do not make a habit of trading this share unless I see a serious spike or fall.

Not concerned, look what happened in 2015! what has happened to the price was always going to happen.

We are financed for current well and in Farm Out negotiations and no more risk than there has ever been in my opinion.

"Giving away" shares now is not an option in my opinion in fact I may well do the opposite but that is NOT advise.

SIPP you are welcome to an opinion, but if you genuinely believe this share is going no where, why do you continue to observe? do you make that observation on detailed research or just on the contents of an LSE BB?

moneyhawk remember we have "experts" & "financial wizards" posting on here whilst they take a break from their CEO and FD duties of multinationals :-)

Reaper takes stamina and broad shoulders at times :-), yes I share the doubts of many at times but I have reconciled myself long ago to our "reduced circumstances" and that "brombarbs" do not become millionaires overnight.
Fortunately I am not over exposed here ( I still have a few million) and in my opinion after much research am realistic in what this may ultimately give, have faith in the BOD and do not take any notice of the attacks on Dave's integrity.
My choices, My decisions and No one else to blame.

Sobek the drilling of Winx is covered, however if once done our bank balance would be very lean so I guess DW is striking now, plus do we want to enter final farm out negotiations with an empty purse, its tough old world and every cr means dilution, but what's better a going concern or a GBP situation?
I long ago gave up on the aspirations of becoming a millionaire however this share can still provide a substantial return if things work out IMHO.Being brutal look at the history of the slope, lots have come and gone, not everyone is a Bill Armstrong, progress can be slow look at Brooks Range Petroleum and then look at our progress we have not done so badly even if it does at times seem painfully slow. Research tells you a lot.

Lots of potential, lots of risk still.

Learningtoinvest I think that the Native Lands and the GBP " fire sale" were good opportunities, but I agree we need to start proving up the acreage as a priority, if the proposed farm out is successful (and no one here knows either way) then we can look forward I believe to plan of achievement that should satisfy most if not everybody.

HTH 07:21 you could say that about any junior company with a lot of shares, there is no logic or need at the current time as far as I can see, perhaps if we see a situation where institutions may see us as a good investment but by then most of wont care.
