Rule10 ASX suggests that pro rata issues are subject to different rules and that in the event of a shortfall in take a director is not able to take up any shortfall securities in addition.
I may be reading it wrongly of course, some of this stuff makes your eyes glaze.

Jof no that related to an existing NE 3D shoot that was just shown as SAEx on the permits, the fact that SAEx are the GO TO for COP may or may not be relevant.
