Ther is NOTHING exciting' or good on the horizon as some Users seem to be saying about OBD.

Please RED the RNS. THe company has made it ABUNDANTLY clear that there is SIGNFICANT concern that the ability to remain a going concern is in great doubt.

They have NO PROJECTED income stream, the little they did get of £220k is a pittence compard to their £9M+ cash burn.

The fact is that they cannot raise such high income given their product unless a miracle occurs.

they will DEFINITELY have ot raise further cash within 6 months given lack of resources. So all in all it looks like OBD is going to have to shut up shop...... unless a miracle occurs.

Sorry, but the RNS clearly indicates what is going to happen. Even a further one or two cash raises is not going to resolve the underlying lack of foreseable major income.

Andy96: there's two aspects to the 'cash' question that needs to be considered.
Firstly, the Yahoo article by itself is 'correct' regarding the risk of cash burn-through and hence need to raise.

Secondly, yes FUM have stated that cash level extends into Eroxon launch.

But, the Yahoo article ignores anyy potential revenu while the FUm statementvgives no clue as to when they can expect any revenu.

So we as investors are left with a bit of a grey area as to whether FUM can gain sufficient revenu via an ongiong basis to staive off any cash raise.

We all hope that FUM will announce (sooner than later) when revenue is likely and how much and timescales.

Also a confirmation that they WON'T need to raise funds by other means.

On the bright side. I have no doubt revenue will trickle in to prevent any raise and future revenue will increase to push market value.

Hence my "Strong Buy" opinion.

Vascular: I agree whole heartedly that hitting approximately 60% of the available ED market can only be good. And the empirical evidence is supporting this 'projection'.

But...... there is one thing more beneficial aspect and it's been touched upon in previous comments... as well as in some of the Boots reviews; if people care to note it.

The reviews are indicating the fact that it's NOT just ED sufferers that are buying the product. Something that has been anticipated by a number of members on this board.... and undoubtedly FUM BOD too.

I suspect FUM will not only grab 60% of the ED market but have potentially good take-up on the Non-ED market where current users of Viagra etc will potentially switch to Erroxon.

So this is a seriously GOOD omen for investors :-) :-)

Once the Stock Market fully wakes up to this then we can expect a very decent rise in the SP.

I not only bought back in with my Top-Slice funds, but invested a further £16k.

So no topped out with over 128,000 shares. Hence my pleas for everyone to now push the price up :-) :-) :-)

It would be great if that theory waas true in practice. But unfortunately not. Prices only rise if there is a demand. SO simply having everyone hold wouldn't work if no one wants to buy.

However, it is true to say that, if there are buyers, then the SP can be made to rise faster if EVERYONE refuses to sell. making the Bid price rise in order to 'persuade' holders to sell.

And, I suspect the latter position WILL be achievable for all of us LIs as soon as an RNS is released confirming FDA approval. Escpecially if it coincides with another RNS from FUM providing decent Sales information/revenue.

now THAT's the time to get everyone to hold out as long as possible :-)

Just clarifying that the LSE Trading data is wrong and hence misleading.

As for SP falling. I'd prefer stabilising at around 48p before rising again. But have some spare cash in reseerve to buy in further (average-down) should it drop towards 47p or lower.

Overall, I still think this is now a hold (i.e. no further top-slicing.... unless LO unload more) with possible average down and look to what May, early June brings.

DarthInvester: Clearly you don't using alternative investment strategies like Top-SLicing or Compounding techniques.

I, and I suspect many others beleive you are wrong in that you are simply trying to persuade some to keep holding.

However, SPs fluctaute for all companies and the shrewd investor takes any opportunity to maximise profit.

It was a foregone conclusion that the FUM SP was going to draw-back at some stage this month, if only to set itself up to really later.

The additional fact that LO top-sliced meant it would reduce hte SP (hopefully temporarily).

However, you ARE entirely correct in that I took care of my own financial position. And can enjoy the additional 2980 free shares.

If there is an opportunity to top-slice again then I'm all for it.

If you are holding then good luck too. After all...... we both need the SP to rise at some point to make an overall realised profit.... albeit this does look like an absolute given with FUM :-)

P.S DI, please keep holding and even buying so the SP goes up now.

Well, having Top-sliced 30% I decided the latest SP drops yesterday and today was too much of a nice thing to ignore.

So re-bought using 3 tranches of my Top-Slice money and managed to increase my overall shares by an additional 2980 shares for free :-) :-)

Now, I just need you guys to buy on-mass and push the price up above £1 please so my shares will be worth a decent amount :-) :-) :-)

I doubt its worth a dabble in Cenkos shares or even Fincap.

Major drop in Fincap SP coming as well as Cenkos I suspect.

Not a good deal for Cenkos PIs. Current Cenkos SP =36p but only getting 3.19 Fincap shares per share so but of a hit I would say for those shareholders. That is, your Cenkos shares are only worth 3.19xFincap SP which equates to under 3.5 at present.

If the Fncaip share prices drops further (which I beleive it will do due to Fncap Doubling their Issued Share base as a result) then the Transfer value gets worse.

For example if Fincap SP drops to 9p then transfer value = (approx) 28.7p so approx 20% value reduction in each Cenkos share.

Note: Fincap has approx 151Mil shares wheres Cenkos has 57Mil shares.

So that means Fincap will have to DOUBLE their number of Shares in issue to accommodate the Share transfer (unless Fincap has over 160Mil+ shares unissued in their back pocket).

SO at least a 50% drop in Fincap SP coming..... unless I'm not understanding 'HOw' Fincap are going to get around that one.

I guess it's time to BAIL until after this merger and see what the 'New merged' Fincap SP does.

Jet7: I agree. Likely that LO are locking in guranteed profit. I suspect (like you) that they may also be doing a "Top Slice" and looking to buy back in to compund profit in one to two weeks maybe.

I have no doubt that LO knew they may well have an impact on reducing the SP in their short-term favour of course.

And so It does raise the proposition that LO may "top-slice" another percentage shortly (possible this week). If they do, then that's a good indication of them likely looking to buy back in soon after.

Hence why I think the SP will jiggle downwards for a little (probably below 50-49p) then LO jump back in to push it up again.

P.S. My "Weak Sell" rating isn't because I don't think the share will grow; simply that I think there's an opportunity to "Top slice". However, just like LO, I've locked in some nice profit margin for the portion I've sold :-)

THe fact is that its ACTUAL revenue versus losses that count .... NOT projected revenue or the "wishful Thinking" of Trolls etc.

But, the proof is in the pudding :-)

Well the Boots reviews seem to be increasing in favour of 5 stars and the recommended buys is still hovering around the 68%+ so that realistically tallies with FUM' statement that it should help over 60%+ of ED sufferers.

I am at a COMPLETE LOSSS however that some negative reviewers go to the effort of proclaiming their purchase price as being a "waste of money". It's quite laughable as they obviously bought the product to try it because they were dissatified with other available products and their side effects as well as longer delayed response (if any) such aas Viagra.

Spending £25 to discover if a product is not only safer but actaully aids their ED issues is surely a worthwhile risk.

Anyway, although the Reviews are 'consistent' with the Product capabilities I suspect the SP will jiggle downwards for the next few weeks as the enthusiasm dwindles a little.

Hence I have taken my first Top-Slice in the hope to buy it back in and gain some compounding. Bit of a low risk but worth it I reckon at this stage.

The only thing to catch me out is if FUM suddenly release an RNS confirming FDA approval... in which case I shall spend a little of the 'top-slice' profit on a well-earned drop of whisky :-)

I have to disagree that the avaiables cash is sufficient, and certainly not sufficient to cover 2 years as some have said.

They reported a Post loss of £39.5Mil and available cash of £41.8Mil so there is potential for any increased loss next year to wipe out available cash.

They do however have revenue income but this is reported at under £10Mil while the outstanding Bonds of circa £55Mil will only inject cash if they are realised.

So I would propose that they need much greater revenue or there will be another cash raise mid-end of next year. However, that is certainly a while away and hopefully things will change as the AVA6000 testing should be well over before then and result in (hopefully) substantial income from partnerships etc.

My view is that the SP will likely slip or stagnate for a few months until we get near the end of the year when the testing looks to increase dosage further (assuming its required of course).

Mackey: Sorry to hear about your dilema with the Broker.

Your first necessary action is legal. You need to collate and look through any T&Cs etc that form part of your Brokerage account(s).
Check whether it gives the Broker the ability to do what they did or whether it explictedly states that it has to be with your approval. It may alternatively state that they only need to give you "Reasonable Notice".

Either way, if it doesn't give them the right to act the way they did, or they didn't give you any notice (in accordance with T&Cs) then you first need to write to them detailing twhat parts of the T&Cs they have violated and ask for remediation.

If they refuse to acknowledge your contact or to do anything then write to them (preferably formally via recorded delivery s back up) explaining that you shall seek redress via Financial Ombudsman (arbitration service).

If however the T&Cs infer they can act the way they did, (REGARDLESS of whether you knew or not) then there isnt much you can do. In which case I suggest you find a diffferent Broker and discuss with them before opening an account whether they would do a similar thing or whethher the T&Cs prevent it.

P.S. Any Arbitration/Ombudsman contact details SHOULD be listed in your T&Cs or on the Broker' website.

P.P.S. It would be nice for others to know who the Broker was so we can avoid them (assuming you wish to identify them).

Looks like we can expect a bit more growth in the SP.

It dipped early this morning however it's back into the blue.

This is very good given that a look at the World Market Inices shows them ALL dipping (at time of writing), FUM is managing to still grow.

I still expect this to grow upwardds towards 80p+ especially as we progress over the next 4-8 weeks and FDA statement approaches.

If we can reach 70p+ before potential FDA approval then I'd like to think this will be pushed over £1 with FDa Approval news release.

I still believe however that there are many men who do/will find it embarassing to approach anyone to ask about or even hand over an ED related item.

No doubt there are also many like you and I that would not be embarassed. However, I think we can at least agree that being an 'over-the-counter' product will at least 'aide' in alleviating some possible reluctance for some men to seek out the product.

P.S. being over the counter will (imho) also help because it will facilitate a man' partner shopping for them should thry feel so inclined to avoid 'direct' purchase. Indeed this happens a lot... my partner is a nurse and can confirm that wifes, girlfriends etc do purchase sexual related products for their partner. Its more common than you think.
