Yep, what a stroke of luck eh.

We get the divvy AND the SP remains unchanged. It does beg the question as to whether the SP has bottomed-out and is only going to go up; hence may be worth holding???

Unfortunately it doesn't take any trolls, derampers etc on here to help the SP go down, it seems ot want to do so itself.

Seems the AVACTA BOD don't want to help the SP by releasing any information at all. At least give us a 'clue' as to when we can expect aany future RNS about AVA6000 etc.... or its byebye AVCT for now.

Most likely Jan'23 or later. The FDA has already stted that they are behind schedule on thier backlogs and hence there is a deccent slippage expected in any feedback.

Would be nice if it was late Dec'22 though, however I suspect it's going to be into 2023 before GeneDrive get the necessary feedback.

On the plus side, it's not actually that long in the scheme of things anyway.

The only thing Blue about this share at present is my feet.

I seriously don't understant why Avacta BOD don't at least release some form of positive statement, even if it's to only confirm the likely date range for releasing Trial information. At least that way, shareholders can have an anticipation as to when to expect news (good or bad).

At present I'm finding it hard to remian on board as there seems a very real possibility that I may be better selling or 'topping out' and buy back in in a few weeks at a lower price. At least that will give me a compounding effect on my holding.

At present it's like drawing teeth.

I haven't seen the BBC programme et. However, it's important to seek an 'unbiased', educated viewpoint.

One thing coming out of this programme appears to be that it is a local group that voice concerns over environmental issues and so-called 'violation' of natural resources etc.

This appears to be seriously overlooking the improtant aspect of "Forestry Management". The stock being harvested appears to be classified as old stock, hence viable for Coppicing etc. It has been proved beyond doubt that Coppicing Forest, which occurred for centuries in the UK, was exceedingly beneficial for the forest and ecology of those managed areas, as well as biodiversity.

So, my view (fwiw) is that people should be asking if the coppicing going on is actually beneficial or damaging, not simply the BBC helping to voice the opinion of a group of people.

Once I've viewed the BBC Programme I hope they have taken the time to provide ALL benefits and disavantages of the Coppicing process, and not just relied on scare-mongering to try to get some 'cheap' viewing points.

Panarama often do good research, but I have noticed in the past that they do seem to be heading towards more ' TV Rating' based reporting now.

At the end of the day, Coppicing is an essential aspect of Forestry, and we need to consider Energy Security as a very important aspect of all our lives now.

The fact is that the Draax Power stations are going to prove to be VERY important at least in the short-term during these troubled times.

Noel: The "Booster Compressor" IS the 2nd Compressor. It's not an 'additional' item above and beyond the anticipated Dual Compressor capability due for January.

In addition, after reading the RNS more closely, GL states Side Track will be 35 days..... BUT he also says there are additional tasks to compelte....hence why it will be more like going towards 50 days for getting 2nd Compressor actually fully working.

So we can expect additional flow rates around Q1'23

Best thing to happen right now is if ANGS can get local and national news coverage this evening.

Flow rates seem correct, given the reporting data.

However I AM somehat confused with the statement that Side Track will complete in an estimated 35 days. GL made it absolutely clear in a previous LSE interview that Side Track completion etc would take no less than 50 days assuming no issues.

That's a BIG difference? So I wonder why the sudden increased optimism?

Investors are all hyped up that the end of month RNS will show a good flow rate. But a stable flow rate is useless if it doesn't cover everything. Plus ANGS has been failing to cover previous hedge requirements so this adds up. They only partly offset hedging until next year.

But the bigger, correct question should be
1) how much does ANGS owe for all the past hedge to date.
2) how much total revenue has ANGS raised (actually sold) over the past 2 months.

This will tell investors what the actual Financial Shortfall ANGS has to cover in addition to any future hedge, debts etc.

The fact that everyone here is ignoring is that ANGS HAS been loss making, and still is thus far.

If ANGS actually manages to get stables 24/7 flow rates, only then can you determine their financial stability.

At present ANGS is loss making and a £1.9millon (or 1.6) debt payment due this month... unless they can defer it.

PL: The real 'irony' is how the Energy/Renewables sector is getting kicked at the moment, especially CWR having posted poor interim results..... just like ITM. It's a RED day for Energy ... thus far.

Time to do some more 'real-trading'.

RNmyS: Sorry, I meant Avacta selking Stock they own in other companies rather than any Avacta share issue.

Avacta made a nice fund raise in Aug'22 that way and the doubling of the Kartuna SP makes it even more lucrative.

RNmyS: I may have the company name wrong but Avacta still have over 1Million shares in Kartuna.

They have thus far made over 671million from sale of that stock. And Kartuna stock almost doubled in price in August, some 3-4 months after Avacta sold off anothet portion.

So Avacta has a great opportunity to reap the rewards of selling another 1million+ of that stock at higher price.... rather than dilute the Avacta SP....

The Auction doesn't matter. As PIs we don't have access and its for the 'In-Traders' to manipulate and make their profits.

What's important at the moment is market sentiment (negative thus far) and trials results.

Another possible option is that AVACTA will fund raise (most likely via another partial sale of their stock ownership).
