hmmm.... what does RNS really mean?

What is not only disappointing but downright disgusting is the completely unethical behaviour of the FDA. Being US-based it has become clear over the years that the FDA blatantly and deliberately delays non-US items while progressing US-based companies rapidly.

It is blatantly clear that the FDA is utterly biased in these matteers.

I have no doubt that the FDA was given the exact same information as was given to their non-US regulatory counterparts, who have already passed the product.

It's time UK companies (and any other non-US companies) began considering filing lawsuits against the FDA for such blatant discrimination and unprofessional behaviour.

I'm at a loss with such a negative reaction to the SPT update. SPT look to be in a reasonable position yet the SP took a rather impressive drop.

Just does not seem to tie in with the company financial or future order potential.

Anybody have any alternative news, grapevine rumours etc that could explain such an unnecessary drop?

I'm expecting this to bounce back up towards the 200p mark as the market realises it was an over-reaction. Especially as the Ex-Div dates approaches. I think there's a possible 8%-10% bounce possible?

At least I hope it does :-)

The Annual Report only goes to show what a Financial Mess ANG is in. Such a MASSIVE Derivatives Deficit over £111 Million.

Let's face it, it'll take years for ANGS to get anywhere near clearing the underlying debt.

And of course there's the other issue of large increases in Expenditure due to more and more bodies on the BOD.

Then take into account the generous bonuses via shares, options etc the BOD is giving themselves.

All at the expense of PIs of course.

I'm so glad I took out my profit last week and moved my funds over to far better, reliable shares.

There is just no way that ANGS will be able to justify keeping any decent SP value now ..... for years. It'll be more of a ramp/deramp scenario.

Even if they get additional Gas from the sidetrack, it'll never make a real substantial dent in the overall Deficit ha ha

The lost contract is only one HMRC-base contract of many. As mentioned they have other HMRC/Gov based contracts.

It's likely that HMRC Et Al will look to rationalise the contracts and so possibly farm out the contracts to the new Logistics Supplier if they are undercutting etc.

In all likelyhood, it looks like Wincanton have gone in, improved a lot of the Customer Logistics, planning processes etc and now the Customer is saying Thanks for your help but we're giving away the contracts to our "Preferred" Suppliers (aka buddies).

Just another day of government shennagans eh :-(

I doubled my investment this morning before the SP started moving. Now it takes a seerious chunk out of my investment.

Seriously disappointing I must say.

So....... I'm hoping this upcoming placing will allow me to buy in some extra placing shares at the 35p.

Alternatively, if the SP goes below 35p at any time then its stock up time at cheaper value.

You are estimating that thee rig will be required for 1000 daydss based on your calculations. Yet it should only be required tto drill the new sidetrack.

So 'WHY@ is it required for 1000 days?

Or are you stating that this is how long you 'think' the drill has been in operation for since Saltflateby started and to complete?

At the end of the day I suspect ANGUS has only brought the drill in to do the sidetrack. Any previous drilling should already be covered. So the daily drilling costs should cease on completion/removal.

So I don't see that Angus will be left with a £25Million bill to be honest.

But, however the stimulating nature of the conversation, your other calculations are still seriously wrong and I'll simply wait for what comes out of the woodwork (ro up the pipe so to speak ).

You say you base it on £25k per day yet you project a total Rig Cost of 25Million?
That would equate to 1000 days! of rig use!!!! Over 3 years!!

Seriously! The rig is only needed to drill and compelte the hole. Once complete it goes. At present it's hoped ANGUS can complete this (hopefully) in the next month or 2 at worst case (and assuming a successful drill).

So ANGUS have the overhead of how much the drill has been used thus far and only 1-2 months left (all going well).

So where does the £25Million (aka 1000 days) come from?

Secondly, you state multiplier of 3.5 for additional reveenue multiplier but then convert this into a 379% profit instead of 350%

So it depends what Output figures (11,187,339 Therms versus the correct 5,074,039 figure) you are using to base your revenue on.

Having the right to appeal is somewhat of a 'Formality'.

It in no way indicates the possibility that the appeal will be successful at all.

It may simply be that the right to appeal is based on the premise that some legal process wasa not properly complied with when the decision was reached. But this is often simply a way for authorities to "Tie Up" any loose ends in their processes.

The problem is to determine whether any "New" information forms part of the appeal. If the appeal is only about "Due Process" then the outcome will still be the same.

What can anyone say other than GL is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
