HS: To be honest, I don't think AJW is 'ignoring' the whole statement.

In my view the CEO's statement is completely 'ambiguous' - which is why I question its 'placement' in the Report.

It gives us no clue as to what aspects of the Pipeline installation or pricing is being negotiated.

However, I do agree with you that it is highly probable that BAGO are being asked to conduct possible 'additional' installation(s) since the EPF allows up to 6 connections.

Which is actually a good thing since if BAGO perform more of the installation/connection then this places emphasis on BAGO to guarantee the installations etc.

It was a simple 'side-line' statement by the CEO that got me wondering :-)

Obviously negotiations should start 'early' but throwing this into an Annual Report just seemed .... "Unwise".... partly because it is expected that such negotiations should happen anyway - in the background.

Just curious as to 'why' it should be stated at all :-)

One thing I am curious about is that I thought I read somewhere (unable to relocate the item) that BAGO were looking to renegotiate the Gas contract. Is this correct to your (or anyone else's knowledge) and is it to renegotiate the remaining contract terms; or is this to negotiate future Gas/Oil terms???

I was a little put off by the phrase "Termination" as originally he was stepping down. This does seem like an 'awkward' phrase to use.

Plus I would have thought he would be able to exercise the options before he left?

Was this action already known in the marketplace or is it a complete 'Blinder' - and what's the impact/reason?

It is CLEAR to all that you have OBVIOUSLY made a WHOPPING mistake by holding on to your BLOE shares far too long and suffered the consequences of not selling to limit losses.

You have droned on about your other investments and how much money you have made - the profit of which 'appears' to cover your losses here. So why oh WHY are you still going on!

If you think:-

1) this company is SOOOOOO bad an investment
2) You can clearly make soooooo much more profit elsewhere

Then the most obvious thing ANY INVESTOR on HERE WOULD do is sell their BLOE shares and go make a nice profit somewhere else.

You can then sit back and simply 'watch' the rest of us 'imbeciles' moan over our own losses like whimpering hyenas.

P.S. I do take my own advice and sell under-performing shares (at a loss) - it's called good, sound investment technique.

It would have been nice if BLOE could have been scheduling a large part of the Pipe installation process in parallel but I guess the Covi-19 issue may have affected those plans. i.e. Don't wait for the Eggs to hatch before building the Coop :-)

Now my 796k of shares are sitting at double-digit% profit (yep that's right PI - I've got twice as many shares as you :-) )

I do hope Hawkspear, TonyFawcett 'et al' are right about the 4p+ in the coming 3-6 months :-) :-) :-) :-)

P.S. If all you guys could start 'Dancing' in Unison and ramp the SP up to £1 for me..... I would be very, very grateful :-)

I've been looking over the PDFs released by BLOE and, given the schematics and picture in their documents regarding site construction, Field locations in and around West Rustavi etc, I've been trying to 'home in' using the latest Satellite imagery - but failing to locate any sites.

Does anyone have the Geo-coordinates for the actual drill sites etc?

These shouldn't be 'market-sensitive' by the way.

I've sent a request to the company but don't hold out hope; as no queries seem to get answered.

At the moment I'm more interested in what the company has 'ACTUALLY' been doing to 'prep' for the arrival of any gas & oil related equipment including pumps, valves, pipeworks, safety equipment etc.

In reality, there must be something that the company can be doing, even if it is only putting in any necessary groundwork (e.g. foundations), supporting infrastructure (e.g. Security Containment & Safety items).

I really can't believe there isn't anything that can't be done. So, what exactly IS the company DOING to 'prepare' for the (dare I say) imminent arrival of said equipment?

Secondly, I would really like a far more definitive statement of exactly how long it will take to install, test and begin utilising said equipment. It's not like its new, novel, untried equipment - so the company 'must' be capable of at least giving a "Schedule of Works" estimate to Time of Completion from the point of delivery.

If they can't, or even worse, won't; then that speaks volumes.

If anyone is attending the AGM 'virtually' or sending in Questions I love the above to be included.

P.S. I marked this as a "Weak Buy" precisely because the above questions are still unanswered; even though I have sent them to the company - hence getting a bit concerned about their 'lack' of Investor Engagement/Responses.

All you go on about it how the SP needs to be 'Ramped' by LR, YGEN etc.

I utterly disagree. It does not matter a YOT whether they 'pump' the SP or not. If more investors want ot buy in and push the price up that money does not go into the coffers of YGEN; it goes into Investors pockets.

The only way a company profits from a rising SP is if they are looking to 'Issue' to gain more funding. YGEN have givn no inclination that tey intend to ----- at the moment.

You are clearly UNHAPPY with YGEN as you spout on about other Shares rising better etc. If you are Sooooo unimpressed then move on.

However, you're clearly missing the bigger, long-term picture. YGEN are NOT simply ramping their SP up via SPINNING; something I am happy to accept. Because they are concentrating on their products, sales regions and ensuring that they get their products right.

I'm happy to sit back and let them 'cruise' my investment the way it deserves to go. Eventually, the 'false' rainbows, chased by others, will disappear as the world economies falter, and then they will be looking for a stable, long-term company that provides stability.

Even if markets crash, bounce etc, even during wars, catastrophes, etc..... women still get pregnant and need, want tests to ensure the health & safety of their unborn child.

Still represents 'Dilution' for the Private Investor (aka us) :-( :-( :-(

Many may view this as being a 'smart' move etc or implying the company sees this as the 'bottom level' etc.

but, in reality, whatever the future SP; this is yet another Blatant "Skimming" of funds out of the company; primarily for the BOD. Yes, employees might benefit, I've been involved in them before with BAe etc - but the BIGGEST WINNERS are the Directors.

Don't be fooled - this is the BOD beginning to take what they want from the Coffers - at the expense of the Investors.

It may also mean that the SP is expected to rise - which benefits us as Investors - but we ultimately lose out on higher dividends - which the Directors will also be skimming additional funds via Performance allocated shares etc etc

As always the PIs get scammed on AIM.

Personally, the facts disprove this. The one thing I find so amusing about human psychology is the perception that a person, group, company has 'Not Met Expectations'.

What 'Expectations'. Yes, a company may 'announce' its 'guidance' on future revenue etc - but that is what it is.

So, let's just step back and look at some information that 'should' dispute your above claim.

you are inferring that YGEN has not delivered and referred to a prior 5 year high SP.

however, it CANNOT be said that YGEN has NOT delivered.

I would propose that YGEN have in fact been consistent;y delivering year-on-year improvements; to the point of becoming net profitable.

So let's ask a fairly simple question of all YGEN investors to see just what their 'perception' of 'Delivering' means.....

Let's say that YGEN (or any other company you invest in) gives a Yearly Guidance of achieving an increase of income of 40%. They then miss that 'guidance' by 5% or 10% - only achieving 30-35%. I suspect many of you will be horrified; proclaiming that management have failed and let you down. But, they'll delivered over 29%!! increase. 'Guidance' is simply that! - guidance.

What matters is consistency and increasing or stable profits. That is precisely what YGEN IS DOING!!! and that is all that matters to my investment strategy.

the FACT that the market does not recognise this company for its full potential, the FACT that its SP does not reflect its capabilities and revenue capabilities is of profound disappointment.

However, I take that as am absolute BLESSING - because I didn't come across YGEN until recently. So the fact the SP is so low has given me the very lucrative opportunity to get in on the 'Ground Floor' as far as I am concerned.

Firstly, calm down. Attacking my comment by referring to my "Ramptastic dreams" is both illogical and unfounded. Personally, (IMHO) they are not dreams but based on simple economics; the 3X SP factor may take 1 year or 5 years - note: I did not specify a 'Timescale' for the 3x factor.

Secondly, I did not make reference to your 'so-called' Investment Strategy'. Whatever your strategy is does not influence my response nor the information or logic pertaining to it.

I read Boards to gain information, seek other Buyer/Seller sentiment and to gain an insight as to whether there is something Positive or Negative about a company I may be missing.

Whistler is right along with others. The main thing to point out though is that we are ALL trading on AIM. This is notoriously difficult to guage as company SPs fluctuate for seemingly pointless reasons. The main markets are somewhat 'easier' to analyse; particularly with respect to market conditions etc.

the main point about YGEN is that, unlike many other AIM based Bio-companies, it actually has a more 'solid' base. It's not just relying on (potential) COVID19 income; it has a long-term strategy; it has implemented and hopefully will continue to implement, acquisitions that strengthen as well as widen its Revenue base.

I have no doubt that there are plenty of AIM investors that have sold up some or all of their YGEN stock to try to ride alternative, short-term rainbows.

The biggest ASSET that YGEN has isn't its imminent (if at all) CE mark etc - in my view its most important ASSET is it's current and future STABILITY and EXPANSION. That's why I currently now hold over £40k if shares and looking to keep topping up on a regular basis.

I see now reason why this share will not 'repay' my trust in this company in 6 months to 1 year with a 75%+ SP increase.

If it hits giddy heights of a 3 Times multiplier then I shall happily sell enough shares to withdraw my original £40k to invest in some other potential Bioscience and Renewables shares.

But, in the meantime I am happy for the SP to fluctuate; in fact, the SP dropping for me is an ABSOLUTE GOD SEND :-) :-)
