Interestingly it seems the liquidity of the shares has also massively increased.

Whenever I've tried to place orders for over 1Milkion shares my share site (X-O) always rejected it saying electronic market wasn't offering prices and thus I'm forced into using Limit orders.

Now, 1miilion+ deals are being dealt.

Although I suspect the MMs have a lot of sales orders and are eager to offload to grab their spread.

This might cause the SP to pull back if the MMs can't offload the way they want.

But we'll wait and see....

My 'terminology' may be considered wrong but they still need 'permission' to progress any further.

And that permission process is unlikely to be in ANGs favour unfoetunately.

Which leaves us as investors reliant on Saltfleetby gas and the sidetrack.

But if Brockham does open up then I will be even happier.... just not pinning any hopes on them soon.

How does anyone know if someone else isn't actually invested?

I have to say that the Livecast was very good across all 4 companies. GL certainly gave a decent picture of progress and targets.

It's clear that gas will (should) be flowing in June. Whether it is beginning of the month 'may' be a bit of a shaky date BUT no doubt it looks like a 1-2 week slip at best.

So from my view a latest mid-June production date is certainly viable and good news. This should begin to push the SP up towards my envisaged 2p level.

However! Let's be clear, logical and realistic here.... the other assets (aka brockham et al) are ALL at the whim of Planning permission. Given the 'climate' (pun intended) it is highly likely that these will either fail to materialise or, at best, come with potentially severe restrictions.

Hence my view (at least until we hear the planning review results) is that ANGS' primary income stream for this and next year is Saltfleetby.

So my prediction is the SP 'Sloshing' its way up towards the 2p mark over next 3-6months.

Any success in the other asset streams will only aid the SP but I'm not holding out for anything above 3p.... I think anything above 2.5p-3p is pure, unsupportable conjecture for the next year.

Hmmmm..... not sure 'where' in my comment I actually tried to 'drive' the SP down. Rather I'm of the view that the 'potential' Cash Flow doesn't support aa much higher SP than 2-3p. And, like many others, I play the short-investment game; taking profit as I can.

Actually, the only 'viable' asset ANGS owns is Saltfleetby. The TS article only 'references' the other asset sites in passing; primarily on the basis that they are not going to be a realistic cash-injection mechanism.

As for Planning appllications for Fracking; this will fail. The evidence from other countries, particularly the US, shows very high correlation indicating how Fracking can destanbilise the surrounding geological infrastructure. It not only results in tremors etc but can affect Water tables etc.

And on the subject on SaltFleetby, I find it extremely difficult to understand 'how' so-called logical people on here (who proclaim to have a brain) can continue to TROLL others and hand out ridicule on such a regular basis. It is becoming clear who the 'real' trolls and up-rampers are.

As for people toting SPs of 5 or even more ridiculous double-digits, this is far from true. The underlying Cah-flow, if it should even commence, doesn't support anything more than an SP of 2p with a little peak above.

This will be trashed if and when the BOD commence to issue the new 1B shares. And trust me they most definitely shall.

Most PIs on here need to understand that most BODs actually DON'T care about PIs. At the end of the day ANGS has a large loan to pay and have to suffer consequences of the Hedging mechanism. Additionally, no listed company gets any revenue, funding etc form ANY of us trading. So they need to get funding from somewhere. Once the SP raises above 2p, that's when you can bet they will be looking to consideer issuance.

Finally, looking through the 8.5 forms, there area lot of Warrants spread across a 1.2p to 1.5p purchase range. So, they will certainly be implemented and drag the SP down via Dilution and trading forces.

Anyway, I'm going to wait and see if there is an upcoming RNS in the 1st/2nd week of MAY (or possibly sooner) from ANGS that there have been delays (e.g. due to Suppliers etc). If that happens then we all know that there will be rough times ahead.

P.S. If you want to '****' me off for my own personal views in a way that indicates you are a Troll or uneducated morn then by alls means go ahead... I just Filter now as your input is useless. Why not try responding with some form of 'ratiional' debate.... but that seems ot be impossible on this forum.

2M warrants is a drop in the ocean compred to 1B new shares being issued.

It implies I'm better off selking while SP above 1.3 and wait for the dilutiin and impact.

But anyone have any idea as to timescales for this new share issue and if it will be done in instalments?

Or is it all as and when the BOD want to place?

It is certainly intrigueing as to 'why' AO or any company obtains a 3rd broker.

As many summise, it may be an imminent or future fund raise for expansion purposes.

But, what crosses my mind at the moment is that there has been, and still is, ongoing purchases of brritis companies by foreign incestors/companies.

In my view, AO have hit a VERY Clear turn point with a clear UK market presence.

The Chairman's statement is pretty clear wrt European expansion plans.... but the new broker firm' market shows a clear 'non-european' deviation.... whether it is only to do withforeign market flotation and not some other 'fishing expedition' is to be seen.

It would make sense therefore that the AO BOD may be seeking fund raises, not ONLY to initiate further expansion, but to create a viable Takeover scenario by a much bigger (non-Uk) chain?

Either way, the expansion path alone bodes very well... even if the takeover bait does not attract bigger fish.

Thanks for the valued responses thus far; much appreciated. I was 'mildly' concerned that the SP was indeed following a Bubble scenario. But, likewise, I felt this does represent a clear shift in AO bottom line and is indicative of their clear and unambigouis reversal in finances, revenue, processes etc.

I agree with those that say AO have indeed been aided by lockdown etc; but I also believe, like many others that the pandemic has only 'accelerated' the "Online" market trend.
So, imho, I believe AO is perfectly placed to become a prominent and consistent front-runner

I know some don't believe Tech Analysis but I find it useful as a 'Support' tool.

Weirdly, given AO' Annual update it should be flying into the 300+ SP valuation as it is now firmly in the black and healthy.

The Tech Analysis also supports the 'inference' that it should be climbing or due to climb into the 280+ with possible break back through the 300 barrier.

The Directional Movement Index [DMI] and Moving Average [MACD] definitely support this. Although there is lack of support for some reson shown by the Relative Strength Index [RSI].

So, not sure 'why' there is a reluctance for the market to jump on this ?

Anyone have any thoughts on the Tech Analysis and why I may be getting a 'wrong' interpretation? or any better proposals as to why the market is maybe veying for other Sectors at the moment?

Personally, I've doubled up over the last week, hoping that Averaging Down will reap some benefits over the next month or two; but bit concerned the data may also be indicatingn a drop down towards the prior 200-220 band?

Would much prefer a climb back to the 300-320+ :-) :-)

As for AO, the fact of staff bonuses being on different levels etc should have no impact on share price. It's ALWAYS been the case that senior positions get higher bonuses etc

The original contractual agreed rate was $5.24MCF. The last Annual Report CLEARLY indicated that the 'original' $5.24MCF was in fact "renegotiated" .....

The word [REVISED] means [RENEGOTIATED].... so stop trying to make out that others don't know what their talking about.

The BIG problem with this is I don't remember seeing ANY declaration by the BLOE BOD of this 'renegotiated' price prior to the Annual Report.... so they kept it under wraps. Which in my view is irresponsible as it directly affects the company's bottom line earning potential. Hence probably why the SP is being 'suppressed'.

Given their 'reported' 608BCF of Gas reserves, the SP should be flying..... unfortunately, it doesn't look like the BOD is making ANY plans to increase the Gas extraction rate by drilling 'additional' wells.... which would be the most viable option at this point.

I say 'additional' as it's clear that more wells are needed to take advantage of the stated reserves.... assuming it is all there.

Puzzled reactions are correct.

No doubt the obvious 'characters' will respond vociferously to this message - as they always do.

However, as I remarked in a previous comment, there was 'something' going on in the background.

The fact is...... the BLOE BOD haave deliberately and knowingly 'Mislead' the market with false statements.

Up until the RNS today, BLOE have been inferring that no gas was being pumped for sale etc. The new RNS clearly shows that in fact the BOD have known all along that gas was flowing for sale.

Yes, the likes of AJW will denoince this as simply a 'difference' of interpretation or even that I am 'dumb'.... but the fact is that the BOD have misled the market.... knowingly.

Whether or not this is good news is irrelevant.

As for me, well I shall happily take my profit and leave you lot to enjoy the rest of your trip.

In the meantime I'm reporting the BLOE BOD to the relevant authorities for their actions. Let's hope they get suspended
