Having an RNS to announce 'success' is clearly 'expected'. So no Kudos for making predictions on that :-)

But let's wait and see 'if' BLOE fail to inform the market of delays etc.... again.

A true 'Nostradomus' would be able to predict the 'Actual' date of completion and sale.

As for me and some others... not holding breath on that one being predicted accurately.

Yep AJW, gas line, metering etc 'MAY' not be directly under BLOEs control. But the REAL fact is that they have ALWAYS had "Eyes On" on the ground... yet are incapable of making a reasonable judgement as to the speed of progress.

HOW does an RNS relating to options in place of salaries and appeasing service companies have ANY connection with the likelyhood of gas flow occuring.

I often welcome your guidance and informatiton, but in this case you seem ot have a bee under your bonnet. I already commented about there being too many rapmers & dampers on Bulletin boards.

My comment was genuine and meant to seek out other people's opinion on what reasons BLOE may employ someone like Valceschini. The fact is that BLOE already have sufficient 'expertise' onboard to cater for their current and short-term plans.

I am in fact a Managing Director and so have relevant experience. Hence why this recruitment, at this time, given current BLOW plans etc - seems non-sensical.

Yes, it may be that BLOE have inferred they went looking for someone via an independent recruitment firm - if so, then they must clearly have one or more 'reasons' for seeking out such experience. My question is really "Why"?, "What can this recruitment provide that isn't already captured by the current executive and non-executive team"? etc

That's what I would really like to know. Nothing in the RNS gives a clue as to 'why' BLOE "NEEDED" to do this - and that is what's unpallitable to me.... what is going on that we are not privy to.

My point is that all of us, as private investors, have absolutely no say over whether this company would accept or reject any potential buyout; or any other decision for that matter.

Collectively we own an insignificant holding compared to the major owners; all of whom will decide what is in their best interests.

Regardless of his credentials, a small company like BLOE needs to 'optimise' its structure; not bloat it up. Maybe..... someone is on the way out.

But, let' s see what is brought to the table with this new appointment. The next 2-4 months are going to be interesting.

P.S. I'm quite happy to follow my own investment strategy; too many rampers & dampers on this and every other board to be honest :-)

Personally, I don't see this as being a necessarilly positive thing bringing on board Valceschini.

Firstly, it's yet another "mouth to feed".
2nd, BLOE should already have access to such expertise by one form or another.
3rd; Valceschini was connected with American Energy group, who recently announced the following in October:-

"announce that as of October 13th, a binding term sheet was signed with a leading Oil & Gas Production & Services Company for acquisition. This acquisition is expected to be completed before the calendar year end and will be accretive to 2021 Q1 financials."

As I see it, Valceschini was involved in the recent Ukrainian Licensing Auction Event and this smacks of something else going on in the background.

The recent price drop is also too much in my view and I wonder if the drop has been purposefully 'motivated'.

I guess, as private investment Minnows, we will just have to suck it and see..... but, I really think the new share issuance, placement, appointment, price drop etc is unpallitable.

EC: s far as I know, Vodafone also won the Arbitration process against India - and STILL haven't received a single penny. India has simply refused to accept the judgement!!! So to say they are 'worried' about loosing financial market access doesn't appear to be an issue with the government etc.

So, its not guaranteed that India will pay up at all. The Indian government is rife with corrupt officials (always has been); and they will simply stall any payments until they are eventually kicked out by the next set of corupt government.

The big issue is why is Cairn apparently sitting on their laurels rather than trying to bolster other aspects of their business. They have to plan on the basis that they DON'T get the money - even if they win Arbitration. It makes no business sense.

However, like others on here; I'm still waiting for better communications - but the Arbitration process is in itself 'persuadable'' when it comes to 'dragging their feet'.

Everyone has to ask the SERIOUS QUESTION as to 'why' it's taking so long to reach a decision; and why all the conitnuous delays?

I'm somewhat taken back by the statement that Bago haven't even started construction of their Gas Pipeline; and a re still seeking to gain permission. What exactly is going on there? I had the 'impression' that all was well and that they were in fact to commence construction?

Or have I completely miread previous RNSs, news etc?

I can't see how some people view this offer process over the coming year as a 'good' thing.

Yes, it may reduce the burden of debt, but from an Investor perspective they are looking to create 750M new shares - representing over 30% of the current shares issued.

In anybody's book that is a 3)% dilution on the SP giving a potential net SP of around £0.91. I'm not sure why others aren't seeing this as anything other than an utter collapse.

Why would anyone even consider buying at £1.31 - its not actually a discount on anything; as the SP will drop due to the dilution involved.

Or am I completely misreading the RNS?????

Either way I've sold today and will wait for the company to finalise the last New Issue as well as any impending downwards market spike forthcoming.

Gas Pipe Status seems to be non-existent as far as I can see.

I've been monitoring Satellite images of both sites (that AJW kindly gave Geo-coords for previously) and been taking snapshots of the sites and immediate surrounding area (200M radius).

As far as I can tell there is no construction work going on at all. I would at least expect to see Pipe-laying commencing and some form of 'activity' - but yada.

Does anyone know the 'actual' route/path that the Bago Pipework will be taking to get to either/both sites (if both are involved)? - That way I can monotir the area better and look for any 'progress'?

Took my eye off this share the last month and came back to see people 'commenting' on a 'possible' further Capital raise???

It's not clear where people of getting info for this conclusion as I haven't seen any RNS or info on the company site to infer this is likely in the short term.

As I understand it the company has made it clear that Oil production is on hold until probably next year, with emphasisi on getting the gas production/supply up and running. This will provide the necessary Income Revenue the company needs in the short-term to begin shoring up debt/reserves.

In my view the next 406 months will be mainly Gas supply and income with later ramp-up in Oil etc.

So can anyone explain exactly 'why' the company NEEDS to follow a new Tranch - which in my view will only negate the potential good that the Gas income will derive?

I'm not an engineer in the Oil/Gas industry but I would have thought that a more 'Phased' approach at developing/exploring the additional Schlumber'est beds would be a better option and bring them online in a more co-ordinated approach.

My only concern here is 'WHY' has SCHL sold their holding on???? It doesn't really make sense as profitt is profit???

Been away from this share since selling out a long time back (feb/mar).

As you're asking for opinions :-)........

As I stated some time back, this company is an absolute bogus sham.

1) The Coalswitch plant has 'never' actually worked properly, even before being relocated. It has never been able to run even at quarter never mind half capacity. The few samples that were generated were sent for so-called testing yet there has been no "REAL" scientific evidence that proves this plant is capable of working full time.

2) The relocation was an utter shambles. It took more than double the time to relocate. Even worse, they could not reconstruct it efficiently or make the modifications (aka improvements?) in time such as the skirting etc.

3) The So-called Lumber permits and partnership for buidling an additional plant etc is also a bit of a sham, with all involved lining their pockets. They are ALL without fail, directors etc of the underlying 'Parent' company - as well as directors of subsidiory/sistercompanies, and are all sucking out salaries (sometimes multiple salaries), bonuses etc. In the meantime, EVERY SINGLE episode they go through (aka relocation, permits, improvements, partnerships etc) are all designed to fool the PIs into belieivng there is a marketable and 'Potentially' working plant system here.

4) I'm an engineer with over 30 years experience. I've been involved in developing, installing, testing, commissioning systems as wel as test rigs and I said it some time back, and will repeat it again; ----- This company is ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!!! They couldn't build a Wendy House out of LEGO Bricks.

5) The fact is that both new and old Chairmans are working this company so well that they are continuously sucking money out of investors year after year. IF - and that is a BIG IF - they somehow stumble into getting a working plant, the fact is that there are other Woodchip companies out there that have faired better and will do better. Even worse is that there are now Biomass Convertors that do a far more efficient job than Active Energy's product could ever do.

So my advise is DON'T listen to this companies representatives and DON'T listen to the 'Evangelists' on this Chat system. THe fact is that this comoany SHOULD and COULD of built this plant 10 times over with the funds thtey have had and the sheer length of time.

It is an utter money pit and this company, including ALL of its sister/parent companies. is purely set up to syphon money away. Think about it - some time back I queried 'WHY' does AEG have to be part of such a large number of 'sister' or 'satellite' companies? It's because thats PRECISELY how the directors move money about. One company pays another fees for services etc, each person is a DIrectotr/Advisor etc to more than one company and hence receives salaries, bonuses, shares etc from each one.
