Not convinced harry has made money last month or so upshunt , but he has clearly been pumping this with interviews etc.

Multiple interviews and but what's actually new from mid January to now.

It's been pumped for a reason, regarding saudi i personally can't see any news on the saudi sale being released in the next week or so , think it will be a while longer yet.

Fast tracked ratification doesn't seem very fast does it. I mean what's normal time process. How many are trying to get ratification. When you work that answer out ifs likley fast track was just a load of guff. And reality it's already seriously delayed given the correspondence from harry and this forum overcast few months

I'm starting to think about a deal has actually been done behind the scenes with ARTAR for the 15%

I believe ARTAR initiated the sale which was their right too do back end of last year and kefi are hoping to use any monies made to get tk over the line.

It makes zero sence to me that ARTAR and kefi release this information if a deal hasn't been done.

Why would ARTAR agree to this rns if it means they would have to pay more for the remaining percentage of their majority owned asset. "It's "bonkers". Especially so late in the "negotiating window". They could be forgiven for holding back the info for a few weeks while terms are being agreed.

It also makes no sence kefi releasing it voluntarily, and i feel harry was forced to release it due ARTAR doing the same thing. I mean it's like rubbing salt into the wounds of the already suffering kefi shareholders.

Add in the fact that harry has now said on multiple occasions he expects the sale to coincide with tk (even though those timelines have moved )i can't for the life of me understand why he would go with a company and have to go through the timeline of duedilligence etc.

Lots of paid pumping by harry and co over the last month, which when analysed has resulted in no new news , does make me incredibly suspicious on what's happining behind the scenes. Why pay for interviews when you have nothing to release.

His last few posts have certainly been eyebrow raising, before Xmas it was all about done deal , just admin tasks and 5p by Xmas

Now he's talking it's going to be months, his posts pre Xmas were let's say rather embarrassing.

Anyway isn't ratification supposed to be fast tracked , how long has this process taken, wonder of anyone can give a example on normal timeline and compare ot to fast track timeline. Is fast track something that needs to be paid for or something that harry has said in the moment , after all if tk is supposed to launch when saudi sale is complete it will be anything other then fast tracked

You will probably find any negative sentiment I have posted on this forum is directly in response to posters that have been living in a complete fantasy land for a long time clogging this forum with over the top predictions, ( look at crazytowners/stebos posts a year ago as examples) and you will probably find the same regurgitated crap just with different timelines.

for some they need to read these type of posts , and the reality people cant handle reading my type of post which up too this point you can hardly argue have been incorrect.

any other negative sentiment has been towards Harry, and more then justified.

looking forward to the new timeline some of you come up with , as in less then a week there will be need for another x amount of time left.

this time please please make it a little more realistic.

There are no licences awaited for drilling. The company has never said that drilling was awaiting the reapplication of any licence.

Access permission from landowners is required as is always the case when conducting field activity. The company had this previously but due to the delays, the permissions had to be re-sought.

The company does not regard this as an issue. Land access is the only outstanding matter after which drilling will start.

The company does not intend to commence drilling until all relevant land access for the planned programme has been secured.

The company did the sensible thing in postponing drilling around elections.

Respect where it's due Anna responded to my email very quickly considering all the emails I had unanswered before.

For clarity my rushed email which I sent in responce to the last reply I recieved was

This is the first shareholders have heard of this issue , and it certainly wasn't a problem mid 2024 when everything was granted to commence drilling.

It wasn't a issue during the election campaigns and it wasn't a issue when greg was doing interviews in December 2024, in fact he was still saying a January 2025 drill programme was going ahead.

Then unfortunatly silence, which normally indicates issues , It feels this excuse is to appease shareholders while bigger issues are being dealt with. Simply because of the lack of transparency from greg and the team.

Cmet decided to delay drilling for the election campaigns and made it clear this is something they choose to do rather then forced to do. As it was a way to demonstrate good will and keep strong relationships.

Does greg now feel a opportunity was missed , considering that the drill programme could of been completed by now and results in , instead of delaying to maintain close relationships only to be forced to re-apply for a licence.

Could drilling not start around that licence ? and does the company plan to give patiant shareholders more detail in why these delays are now happining, as I feel better communication and more transparency is needed at this time.

ARTAR don't just have right of first refusal , they have the right to buy out saudi with or without Harry's consent the moment it dropped under 25%

It's highly likley that ARTAR initiated this process rather then harry , and harry just seeking alternatives which is his right to do. I dont believe for a second considering Harry's words on saudi that this was his first choice.

Very hypercritical last few days , talk of 10 days left have now passed and end of febuary re-rates of over a penny , talk of planned meetings end of last intervew must mean significant progress, yet same characters in this comedy show are now saying wouldn't trust harrry with a pizza delivery , or the process might take a few months now but who cares.

Please be consistent in your posts , because you may find yourself at the mercy of the posse in the forum.

Thanks for your emails and we apologise for taking a while to respond; hopefully, last Friday’s RNS update explains where the company is at in terms of its drilling programme. We appreciate shareholders have been awaiting updates on drilling and that some would have liked earlier or more frequent communications. The unexpected huge change in the composition of government meant the company has been dealing with new people in practically every relevant area or department - from the GSMB to local officials. It is not always helpful to provide a running commentary. I assure you there has been a good deal of action on all fronts!

Having the GSMB actively involved will be very helpful and the company is pleased they’ve agreed to this and can now push ahead hopefully very soon. Importantly there’s currently no impact expected to the overall goal of FID in Q2.

If someone has a issue with you , and they are telling everyone except you....... they don't have a real issue with you , they just enjoy the attention they get from talking about you.

Did you know the Amazon River runs for thousands of miles. At some points, it runs through areas of the rain forest that are almost untouched and have been barely explored. Over thousands of years, small blind transparent fish have lived and evolved in these pools. These fish have never seen the sun or surface and have never been seen by humans. These fish care more about your posts (which in cases are very very far from the truth) then I do.

Reading the posts over the last 4 days has only taught me one thing , sometimes you just have to be quiet, hand over the shovel and let these clowns dig their own graves.

If you have a look at the rns 28th January just after results etc , there's a heading next steps it says there 54 drill holes expected feb

Moneys not in the bank until it's actually in rhe bank sol.

I'm expecting to hear news on the exploration programme in Canada in the near term , so hopefully watch this space

Fcm seems to be moving nicely today, about time something happened over there.

Let's hope we can get those results from the 54 holes on time , if so will be within the next couple of weeks.

Once again i have reached out to the conpany, because I'm still trying to figure out where this land access issue has come from , and is it something I simply missed , nothing in the previous rns listed below cause any issue for concern. If everything was approved in Aug why is it not approved now. I smell some white lies , why not drill on areas of land already approved , why has this become a issue now and not before. If this was planned last month I would understand more as you could arguebsomething was missed. This drill programme is nearly a year in the making

15th august update .......The purpose of the drilling is to increase the resource, as well as to help with design and engineering, mine planning and to obtain greater geological confidence in the proposed mining areas. All approvals remain in place and equipment will remain on or near site ahead of recommencement of activities.

Greg Martyr, Executive Chairman of Capital Metals, commented:

2nd december update .....Recommencement of Drilling Activities

Given the Sri Lankan parliamentary elections have concluded and the new ministers relevant to the Company's activities have been appointed, the Company is mobilising the drilling rig and team to recommence drilling activities. The purpose of the drilling is to increase the resource, as well as to help with design and engineering, mine planning and to obtain greater geological confidence in the proposed mining areas. Updates will be announced when appropriate.

Half year report .....During the Half Year we continued planning for a drill programme aimed at increasing the resource, as well as helping with design, engineering and mine planning, whilst obtaining greater geological confidence in the proposed mining areas. The programme was delayed during the elections. We are now mobilising the drilling rig and team to recommence drilling activities later this month.

You will all be happy to know and celebrate the fact that I have decided to stop posting here for the benefit of the balanced. My opinion will and always remain the same , tk is a decent project, but harry is only out for himself , and certainly not shareholders. Some here will definitely learn that in time.

The committee that granted his bonus scheme was made up of someone that resigned 12 days after the fiasco (was he feeling guilty , or was he the fall guy), someone that was employed via semarang services in venus minerials. (Only employed via harry) and someone that used to make porn films back in the day.

Harry leeches money from shareholders left , right and centre and paying himself for his services to kefi via his own buisness (no c.e.o should do that ),it's no wonder he hasn't got this done yet if half his time is focused elsewhere. Wonder if work done for his Cyprus buisness is done in the kefi boardroom?

He also has a way of saying things that fool you all like the proactive interview which was nothing more then paid regurgitated crap.

He's careful with his words , examples Expressions of intrest in the bonds isn't confirmed intrest . Targeted isn't completed , indicative (means a indication) which means saudi is a indicative deadline. And don't get me started on the wishy washy terminology like project readiness (what does that even mean) and the complete hypercritical statements around resetlement.

And then he brings everyone back in with a dusty road or a licence not touched in a decade and all is OK and everyone buys into the new story.

Will tk gold ever come out the ground. Let's see , I would like to think so, no chance will gold be poured before 2027 in my view , and at what cost to the kefi shareholder once done . I honestly dread to think , my exit point is a lot lot less then 10p plus which I don't think it ever has a chance of making. I'll personally be gone under a penny.

They have refused to answer some questions submitted and changed the wording of others.

I'd point out I never brought up the sti bonus , my input was simply I wouldn't be using it as a way to promote Harry and his best interests for kefi given previous form.

Originally the sti bonus was always 1.5p

Harry then tried removing the 1.5p middle of last year , in order to get his bonus without the 5 consecutive days of the needed share price. He would of got it if the s.p stays at even these levels.

Shareholder uproar led to having to being it reimplemented by his mates ok the board.

Every shareholder has believed in harry at some point including me , and i have never argued tk is worthless , I have only argued the s.p won't get near the predictions spouted on here and I have questioned the timeframe on how quickly this will get done , and still have my reservations if harry is the man to do it.

Unsure what that's got to do with the bonus scheme , and your probably just tying to chamge the subject back to me and my posts.
