New investors that haven't been here a year completly buying in to the Harry story that's been on repeat for a looooong long time

Investors who are starting to come to terms Harry ain't as good as they was thought

You have multi ids that I have exposed , storm piper and Quagpalm are one

Hubstar , shalamar and five candles is the other.

Yet despite all the nonsense written of s.p predictions , tinelines and interpretation of guff on the rns.

You then have a huge amount that hate bonkers , filter bonkers buy can't stop writing about bonkers , because it makes them feel relevant or are in the big club.

Yet I'm the problem for simply having a opinion that's not aligned with most other fantasists because I read the rns for what they are.

I don't need nor want to join the big boys club , I'll just continue to make some of you fantasists more relevant when in the grans scheme of thing your not.

And yep I still don't believe for a second the valuation for saudi is done via a independent analyst , i certainly don't believe it will be a bidding war that will determine fair value , i find that logic well a little bonkers if I'm honest

Was more on the timing side aqua , rather then the money side, I have always felt the sale of saudi was needed to get tk over the line.

Why would you target the sale of Saudi in line with tk launch?

If you can sell for a good price beforehand why wouldn't you just do it , especially since every month we hold onto it , we continue to pay our share of j.v costs.

Makes no sence to me , but then neither does letting companies have time to digest the saudi news considering this process has been going on since November and ARTAR at the ones that hold all the cards.

I certainly do NOT expect 50-80m for Saudi, and a break in so called negotiations sounds incredibly fishy to me

Yep you would certainly like to think at some point in the future tk gold will pour. Tk as a project is probably the main reason many invested , alongside the prospect of the saudi projects. A few years ago it all looked incredibly rosy

It's the timeline and the cost to the shareholder that worries me. I'm not talking about every shareholder either , I couldn't care less if most of you clowns sold at a loss or over exposed yourself, the decent folk know who they are. Even if a few filtered me.

Fast forward those 3 years , 30m has been raised which is a obscene amount of cash , and the loss of Saudi paints a very different picture to what we all hoped for.

Remember even if Saudi is sold tomorrow and ratification happens next week it's still a few years before gold is poured , up until recently the thought of harry building a mine was scary , but more enthused by his departure in his last venture before the mine was built , so much happier times could be on the horizon.

Whats weird about it? Seriously we all know about the prize on offer.

But when management not once but consistently fail shareholders , dilute them time and time again while offering no transparency its easy to see why "some shareholders" become a little sceptical and resentful.

Take today's rns as a example , wouldn't it be nice if a couple of those points were actually completed. Rather then continue to progress.

It's easy to point to a few shareholders and say they are negative , might want a lower buy in price which is one of the worst arguments in these forums.

The market reaction tells us exactly like how today's rns has been recieved , and like it or not the market reaction is flat exactly like the rns

Ethiopian Country Membership approved for second bank and now being Ratified, (we already knew that and fast track ratification still hasn't happened)

Definitive Agreements being assembled by 31 March 2025 (so assembled ready for signing , not signed, just a new timeline)

Remaining administrative and site procedures progressing well as regards certifications required for all parties Boards to approve signing ( so still progressing and not completed, thanks for the update)

Equity capital preparations on track at subsidiary company levels ( on track gives me so much faith ,in other words as you were )

time of writing 51 trades , market clearly doesn't buy todays update, and looking at the trades last week or so its clear despite all the positive posts here the rampers are not buying either

Not much that's actually new. Although I do admit the terminolgy used first read does come across more positive then the rest , until you read it again that is.

The biggest issue i have ever had is not will tk get off the ground. You would expect at some point it will , it's more at what cost will it be to the long suffering kefi shareholder.

30m in dilutive raises in 3 years and the loss of Saudi has been the cost so far, and the longer it continues the more costly if becomes , if the saudi sale Is dependant on tk getting over the line this runs for a few more months yet at least . If not then who knows I might be caught of guard.

Definitive docs are only being assembled before March not signed , that takes it to April.

Fast track ratification still hasn't been sorted. And when I recieved my email to my questions, the question of can the process of fast track be explained to me was ignored.

Costs for our j.v will also be mounting up now , 4th month since the raise.

I sold out the last raise around the 14 quid after buying in cheap expecting to see the usual downturn bit it jist kept going up and up.

Now looking for a re-entry , but the sea is choppy and never know when the ideal time is to jump.
