why would artar continue to increase thier licence holding if it means they will have to pay more for the 15%. why not simply wait , get saudi forst and then go after addional licence holdings.

been involved in many aim mining companies over the years , vast majority are dog ****e with a c.e.o that will say anything to get further investment in, it's part of the game , without doing it they tend to go under. many many get delisted or took over for peanuts.

This comment (one of many i will add , isn't from someone suggesting it could take time) written in December TheSecretTrader - why do you say that "ratification will take a couple of months to be resolved"?

This is absolutely contrary to everything that I have read and what KEFI are telling us very explicitly - "already been approved by the relevant Ministry and the relevant documentation for its ratification is already in place, therefore no administrative delays are anticipated."

Having spend some time reading up on how long this typically takes, the first stage can be quite time consuming, which is to get Ministry of Finance approval. Following that it is a quick five minute read through in the HoPR, and a vote to agree to give the AFC's Constitutive Instruments equal footing to domestic Ethiopian law. This will happen in the blink of an eye, and it is just a matter of when the HoPR order of business will get to it.

Unfortunately it will not be a big story for international press, and it is difficult to get live English coverage of the HoPR, so for all we know this could have happened yesterday, but we are still to find out about it.

Bit like the fast track , which I submitted a question on but was never answered.

Todays rns was in my opinion exactly the same , designed to create hype which on the grand scheme of things was nothing new , evidenced by the rns I posted from 2022 earlier

Why were you so convinced it was a done deal. Because harry simply misled you.

Fast forward over 5 months this so called ratification isn't done and your tune has changed from kefi and Harry's influence makes this a done deal to there's a process to follow.

Anyone mentioning back then that late March would still not see the ratification done , everyone here knows you would of had a lot to say about it.
