I don't think a raise will happen yet because enough was raised in December, get to summer and srill in the same scenario then the jitters will set in.

The march raise lasted longer then expected.

I too don't believe we will have millions in the bank post saudi sale and will be off set to other parts of the buisness, don't think we will get anywhere near the 80m some are predicting, but you would also like to think if 10% was given away for 10m then the 15% will be worth more.

Not sure i can think of a scenario in which kefi go bust , can't stand harry but at times *I'll give the old boy credit) hes shown he can be resilient in that respect , 25k a month is a good motivation I guess

Personally I don't think anyone placing is required just yet.

If it was in fear it will be under 0.50. Last placing was a 15% discount , March placing was 24% discount.

At today's rate harry would then be raising at approx 0.37- 0.42

So it's absolutely imperative that harry either gets saudi sold or finally gets tk done , which would hopefully give a bit of a lift to the share price and then if a raise Is ever needed on much more favourable terms

Rob we agree , ratification will come from Ethiopia rather then kefi, this isn't being done solely for kefi, but sign off in my opinion is longer then 2 weeks away based on what harry has said.

Regarding saudi , i don't think the price will be determined on 3000 dollars a ounce , there would be a argument that the price could drop back down a bit.

So I doubt harry will be saying we have x amount , x 3000 per ounce minus projected costs. That isn't how it works.

For what it's worth i do see gold continuing to rise. Which will effect the producers rather then the likes of kefi who hope to produce in the next few years.

I'd also be shocked for 2 reasons if saudi and financial sign off is in the next 2 weeks as crazytowner had just predicted.

1) the saudi sale is targeted to be sold at the same time as tk launch.

1a) the paperwork for tk launch is only being assembled for the end of March

1b) the saudi sale is apparently paused to allow time for intrested parties to digest the latest developments in Saudi

1c) kefi haven't even made a shortlist of companies to buy saudi.

Its all irrelevant anyway as I still firmly believe that ARTAR have the right to buy the 15% at a independent analysts fair valuation

And

2) Harry couldn't meet a deadline if his life depended on it , no way is he gonna announce a saudi sale and a tk sign off in the next 2 weeks and come in well ahead of a timeline that is already well overdue. (YEP that kind of makes sence)

Ceazytowner was posting 10 days to go in February, I'm now unsure if his tikelines and s.p predictions are worse then stebos.

Who knows where the s.p will be in 18 months time.

Being where we hoped it would be ela number of years ago most should be in profit.

However 20x the current share price I'm pretty confident will be well well off , kefi won't even be pouring gold or making money in 18 months time.

That kind of prediction is nothing more then a big fat ramp.

Yes to say the delays has been a harry masterstroke by stebo/stephenx is even to his standards bonkers.

Of course it wouldn't be better for harry to fold the company. Again another bonkers statement.

But let's be clear the last 3 years have been damaging to the long term kefi shareholder due to the delays, and not a moment of genius by harry.

Ake absolutley no mistakes , Harry's delays have been a CATASTROPHE that has led to 30m in raises in 3 years and the loss of Saudi. Not to mention the added billions of shares.

Harry's delays being a masterstroke has got to be one of the most ridiculous things I had read on this board.

Why don't harry leave it another 10 years when the price of gold might be nearer 5000

Crazytowner the q&a also said that kefi are "Targeting " saudi sale in tandem with tk launch. If they are getting the remaining administrative documents "assembled" for march 31st any saudi deal is at the very earliest April.

So why would it land any time now?

Haven't dipped back in yet , but i find it quite incredible i can buy back in for over a quid less then it sold and watching go to over £20

Of a news article can be the reason for a over 5% drop , why doesn't Harry's rns and positive interviews do the same.

It seems the market buys more into a media article then the c.e.o of the company. If off course that's the reason.

Alleged to be on the cusp of some major rerates with a saudi sale , and tk launch and the market has been reacting completly opposite to the norm.

Time for actions not words and that in itself sems to be a major issue for harry
