RE: A lot of sellers?21 Mar 2025 16:44
Cossy good afternoon,
you asked why many sells today on the cusp of good news, I simply think the market doesn't buy it, and neither do I, sure TK might be launched one day , too much gold in the ground not too right , so I'm not suggesting it will never happen, so for the fans at ease ,BUT are we on the cusp well the market certainly doesn't think so and again neither do I.
TK
last 3 raises have been to get TK over the line, millions and millions of pounds, and for me harry has never really been in a position to say such a thing, TK right now requires ratification, something Kefi have no control over , which in itself is a scary thing, because we have a high cash burn month on month while we wait for a African country who tend to be slow, try to sort out the next steps for kefi to progress, we are not even in control of our own future right now.
I don't need to go back in time to demonstrate how many times Harrys timelines have slipped waiting for this we all know I'm right in saying he's failed every time , another fact is we are now shortly heading into month 4 since the raise and there's still no end in sight of this fast tracked process we have all been told, and despite the optimism here , nothing of any relevance has been released from harry where the market is convinced this is on the cusp either.
Saudi
again this process has been ongoing since November 2024, a process I genuinely believe was initiated by ARTAR, which was there right to do the moment kefi's holding fell below 25%, either that or more worryingly harry has made a quick fire decision to exit, lets not forget only 3 months prior to the announcement to move away from Saudi harry said in Aug 2024 that "kefi is determined that the joint ventures next chapter is to establish itself as a leading Saudi metals producer.
not the words of someone wanting to leave Saudi is it!!!
furthermore I asked the question via email which was one of many questions not published ,regarding how fair value was to be determined, either independently or simply highest bidder, my response received was
"it is not appropriate to discuss the terms of the J.V or to provide details on how the price is determined. the J.V will continue to operate as normal until the sale has finished". ( as I also asked are we still incurring costs) this made me a little suspicious, if it was highest bidder why not just say so and put to bed the independent analyst argument , id then have a little more hope ,but they didn't , because they couldn't let the market know imo that they are in less control then they are suggesting to the media.
this forums agenda gives the impression everything is rosy and that it speaks for most investors ( its been the agenda for well over a year that tk finance is any day, yet we are still waiting, however the general market im afraid puts those opinions here in the vast MINORTY while harry continues to cry wolf waiting for Ethiopia and saudi to do there thing in
