A analyst done a research note on kefi around may 2024 , based on prices then , they gave a valuation of 2.9p per share. Combine all 3 projects and it was jist under 6p

So while everyone is spouting npv and multiples of today's share price, harry clearly felt it wasn't achievable. And got his mates on the committee to change it in order for it too be paid when finance is sign off , irrelevant of what the s.p is. He done it without consulting shareholders too , and jist changed it in the report.

Don't you agree that was just sneaky and wrong , and sets out completly the wrong message to shareholders.

Anyway this won't be a conversation the ultra positives in harry will want to have. And I'm sure it's been discussed enough, but I certainly wouldn't be using the sti bonus scheme as a reason to paint harry in a positive manner

Even if you do agree , it's shareholders like myself who were outraged. And it forced harry into a position where he had to revert back to the original bonus scheme

After all if kefis npv is 12-15p highlighted by harry himself, and lots of posters here suggesting the same thing , why would he try and take the 1.5p for 5 days out of the criteria.

KEFI Minerals (KEFI), the gold exploration and development company with projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, was notified on 15 August 2017 by its executive chairman, Mr. Harry Anagnostaras-Adams that he has transferred 315,000 ordinary shares of 1.7 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from Semarang Enterprises Ltd (a company of which Mr Anagnostaras-Adams is the sole director and sole shareholder) to the Adams Superannuation Fund for the benefit of his beneficiary account. The shares were transferred at a price of 5.7p per share.

Following the transfer, Semarang Enterprises Ltd holds 2,857,893 Ordinary Shares, the Adams Superannuation Fund holds 2,936,913 Ordinary Shares and Mr Anagnostaras-Adams and his wife still beneficially hold 5,794,809 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.74% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Upshunt to be fair I don't think he's in a position where he needs to sell shares at this moment

God knows what he earns when he charges kefi for his services via his and his wife's company semarang Enterprises limited , his wife is also on the board.

I'd love to be in the room when he decides we need this x amount of work doing, and instead of doing it as his position as c.e.o or gets a company in , he decides oh I'll do it under my other role and kefi can pay me and no doubt pay me handsomely for it.

The balance is simple , the project and the economics behind it is unbelievable

The board and the people running it , just come across as though they are completly out thier depth.

The very fact they are in Sri Lanka isn't for a site visit , clearly things have been happining that warranted such a visit

Investing requires decisions based on facts , fundamentals, and the ability of management to honor commitments and timelines , if I also hand over my hard earned cash I also demand transparency amd communication with its shareholders.

Some are probably so emotionally invested they just can't stand the thought that someone might think that a C.E.O on a AIM listed company might not be the super leader you all hope and crave will finally do good one day.

Attacking the character rather then debate my opinion simply tells most people reading this forum that you actually agree with a lot or you can't argue it because it's potentially true , but just can't stand the thought of reading it. After a while you become so enraged and obsessed that posters like myself simply live rent free in your head.

Ultimately wolf , greg has been shouting from the rooftops all is good to go.

Why not say in his interviews and rns something like , "we still need to complete some administrative tasks with the new government, and permissions regarding some land access , once sorted we can commence drilling".

However one of my concerns was always get the finance sorted we still then need to get him to build a damn mine.

My thinking is now different, and the process could be a lot lot smoother then I first anticipated, once emed sorted finance the big man resigned from emed because he didn't have the skill set to take it forward. It's my hope that if he finally gets tk over the line he will do exactly the same here and give the reigns to someone more capable , given Harry's age it's not actually a bad shout , bit happy for people to knock me down and say I'm wrong.
