I’m also expecting to get an RNS regarding AFC ratification today. EG is obviously sitting today discussing banking, foreign investment, etc. All vested interests will be there, so it’s the perfect opportunity to ratify AFC membership.

This is absolutely contrary to everything that I have read and what KEFI are telling us very explicitly - "already been approved by the relevant Ministry and the relevant documentation for its ratification is already in place, therefore no administrative delays are anticipated."

The AIF board room meetings are predominantly on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, so if there is a signing event we will here this week.

If there isn't, then all parties will have missed and excellent publicity opportunity and we will still have 3 weeks for Harry to deliver in his stated this quarter

Rob do you think kefi are still incurring costs for exploration on saudi. I didn't think that was the case originally , but have seen NOTHING to say that's true, and i have reached out to kefi to ask.

If they are not then they are in a much healthier postuon , of they are then my opinion stands.

I disregard the opinion this will all be wrapped up in febuary or even March, I can't think of a single transaction of such value that has happened so quickly.

Although I generally agree if ARTAR as expected get the remainong 15% it will be a lot smoother and quicker then a 3rd party.

But why would ARTAR rush if kefi still incur costs. The longer it goes the bigger the discount at the expense of the kefi shareholder.

If Kefi are still paying their share in exploration costs, I wonder what the current bill is. if I was ARTAR I would ramp up exploration considerably , knowing that whatever they do will simply be at a discount until big harry walks away.in theory we are still paying for exploration we never intend to mine on and the only one that benefits is ARTAR and not certainly not the kefi shareholder.

last year 10m for exploration, call it 1.1m a month if being kind considering everything paid of in march 2024 on the last raise

based on 10% now you have to presume a minimum of 500k a month , it has been 3 months since the raise so likely over 1.5 million on the bill. add of course 75k in wages for harry alone plus a load of costs associated with TK , a nice trip to Saudi to watch ARTAR do their presentations. a couple of awarded licences (one in Saudi and one in Ethiopia) it soon starts adding up.

so what do the kefi shareholder get out of all this, the promise that one day TK will get over the line.

current timeline end of Feb. for saudi sale bids, that sale will go on for quite a few months yet I'm afraid all the time (you guessed it) ARTAR continue aggressive exploration ( so glad we have a great relationship lol) and the tk documents currently scheduled for the end of march 2025.

I truly believe the next TK update will be , "we have completed this , but now we need to do this which will be expected to be finalised in the next month or so" something wishy washy.

Nope I don't blame anyone but myself for my investments, I was invested in cineworld , look how that turned out.

My issues with kefi have NEVER been around their project , tk was the reason most pressed the buy button, saudi was the icing on the cake.

I'd say my recent selling here and then buying was actually quite good. Sold before the raise , brought back 25% after , not bad.

What i have issues with is the management, get tk over the line it will do well for shareholders , but EVERY SINGLE update is more timelines , something added. Something brought back , and always leads to more questions.

Given the fiasco with sheffield surley this drill campaigns makes the value of the project worth doing , why not drill go back to the table and say look it's this big now we want more money. If you dont want it we will go to another major player in this space.

We have the cash and the contractors , it's in cmets best interests to drill , historically cmet must of learned that enough time and money has been wasted on various issues.
