A c.e.o buying in will does wonders. Alligns himself more with shareholders and sends out a great message.

Harry's message is sometime in the future we will do a deal , and the s.p will re-rate substantially, do you lot buy in and I will wait in the sidelines collecting fat wages until/if it happens.

Yet once again , it's common , hubstar and shalamar post 4 mins from each other ramping. Is that how long it takes to change username and write a message, I'd love to know the benefits of going what all can see is a multi ids account.

Yep Harry's lack of buying is a legitimate point , has been going on about the npv for ages yet doesn't believe it himself to put his hand in his pocket.

Targets changed, this moves into April/may time , I wonder what the hiccup will be to take it to the summer.

Im not convinced a spanner has been thrown in the works , the company made it clear in july 2024 that all approvals had been granted , they cant just be revoked and would certainly require a rns at the very least if they were , if there was a issue back then it warrants asking why greg has lied to shareholders making out there is no issue up to dec 2024 ,

Announcement in july 2024 said ........Capital Metals (AIM: CMET), a mineral sands company approaching mine development stage at the high-grade Eastern Minerals Project in Sri Lanka (the "Project"), is pleased to announce it has now received all necessary consents to commence the drilling programme, focusing on increasing the resource as well as obtaining greater certainty in the proposed initial mining area. The drilling programme will commence shortly.

Furthermore on the 15th aug the company announced ........The purpose of the drilling is to increase the resource, as well as to help with design and engineering, mine planning and to obtain greater geological confidence in the proposed mining areas. All approvals remain in place and equipment will remain on or near site ahead of recommencement of activities.

Greg Martyr, Executive Chairman of Capital Metals, commented:

"While we are entitled to proceed immediately, given the much improved and productive relationship with the GSMB, the Company believes it is in its interests to demonstrate goodwill and acquiesce to the department's request for a short postponement."

Greg made it clear approvals remain in place and we were entitled to continue drilling , but felt it was in cmets best interests to pause while elections took place , that I must admit was a strange one on me and something I'm not aware of happening elsewhere worldwide , Explorations stopped for political elections.

But like you I'm also trying to work out what it could be , there's been a lot of talk about offtake agreements. Surely that's a good thing though that would of been communicated to market.

In answer to your question , I'll ask a question in responce.

Regardless or not if it's compulsory to rns drilling , I'd question the pros and cons in doing so.

For a exploration company , investors want that drill bit spinning , hoping for results that will increase the share price. Its the quickest way in our sector to make money , so they should be shouting from the hills if they have started.

Doikg so is decent p.r to potential new investors to get in before the results

It appeases current investors that the company is moving forward.

If proven up a resource it adds value to the share price.

Not announcing it , I can think of no benefits.

Cmet have previously done a rns for start of drilling, as well as drilling updates before results , they also do them for new presentations, director changes, holdings in company etc etc.

For me if a drilling update hasn't been announced it simply means it hasn't started. The lack of news on social media , along with refusing to communicate only adds to my belief it hasn't started.

In this case every dollar it rises should add to Saudi sell price and motivate buyers to do a deal before it goes up any more.

I find it incredible that this is now my 6th email to investor relations, and so far haven't had so much as an acknowledgement to any of them.

Drilling was approved mid 2024 , was held off for the parliamentary elections etc. But late last year shareholders were told drilling would be started in December 2024 , i have a email from you when I was questioning the collapse of the sheffield j.v and the silence that surrounded it that this was now actually better for shareholders.

December multiple interviews by greg to say drilling will be started in the month , rigs we were told nearby or on site , contractors signed, cash in the bank , drilling approved , yet here we are in febuary 2025 and the company has now gone silent again with no drilling news and now 6 months plus on from the original drilling announcement.

When funds need raising shareholders are told how important they are , when a vote is needed its the same story.

Yet when shareholders are questioning such silence after announcements of planned developments they are not even afforded the acknowledgement of a email and remain incredibly silent.

I think shareholders deserve some kind of transparency. After all its shareholders money you will want when you need to go to market again. I question what use is a investor relations department if you refuse to communicate with shareholders who ask difficult questions.

Its now becoming a common question in shareholder groups I'm in , whens drilling actually going to start?, and what are the reasons for such delays. And of course when will we hear from our c.e.o addressing this question.

Sol gmet have a tungsten deposit , you must know this surely.

Uranuim , granted p.j put the licences together, he done it when no-one wanted them. Was he seeing into the future and realising uranuim would be a attractive proposition in a couple of years or was he just lucky. That's a different debate.

My feeling p.j wouldn't of put the j.v deal together , that was sean , his banker background and contacts in the industry. I reckon p.j would of raised at a discount to explore Canada on our own , again a different debate.

Molopo , we were not drilling in the wrong place , was more the wring angle , remember it was paid.j that ramped that to high heaven about a company changing discovery. Initial results proved a dud , if sean didn't go back shareholders would of seriously questioned why, instead he went back, drilled where p.j said there was a discovery and it proved in my eyes a dud, what's sean supposed to do now. Spend millions on trying to find fresh targets and drill with no guarenteed results, or market it and try and find someone else to help , I maintain molopo will be no easy sell.

S.p , agree it's frustrating, pow not getting any kind of momentum , they are struggling to get hnwi and AIM punters , that's Sean's job to get them onboard or do better P.R , something p.h was far better at then sean.

A beer would be easier of course lol. But here will have to do, different opinions make good debates.

To be fair Sheffield walked away from cmet , up until that point greg was actually being honest in my opinion.

However there was regular dialogue and then a period of silence before the announcement, its a regular theme.

November/December regular comms or interviews regarding drilling etc and how it's great for shareholders. Yet since mid December it's been pretty quiet. January has been very quiet , it makes you wonder what's going on.

Of course greg could be forgiven if he thinks he is trying to protect the share price , but if something has happened he will need to let the markett know sooner or later.

It's funny , when a raise is needed , or a vote needs passing , shareholders get a lot of mention and praise.

Yet when there's questions to be asked and a boy of transparency, they are conpletly shat onthat goes for majority of aim company's.

I'd argue the political landscape and what it means for tungsten might be a good place to start in reasons it's done OK.

I'd also argue you could look at many companys when p.j was in charge and them compare it to now.

Who would you bring in , its amazing sell a load if gmet shares and you will all be singing.

Sean has done a lot better in his 2 years them some c.e.os have done in a decade. The kefi c.e.o is borderline crook , don't get me started in andrew bell , greg over at cmet ain't much better.

Sean's comes might not be great , granted, but p.j never had a multi million pound uranuim exploration deal done , a future revenue stream for a AIM company in gsae , power arabia hopefully innocent, and that's before we talk about gmet

The 2 non executives were on modest wages. Total was just under 350k for the year for the 4 individuals.

All the other bits like consultancy fees , operations , travel , insurance , accounts and office space etc was 900k

Obviously other bits and bobs , loans etc but the above was accurate from last report

I have sent numerous emails to investor relations and greg trying to get a understanding on why drilling hasn't started yet.

And every single email has been ignored. Some polite some not so polite.

I left the telegram group about a week ago , because I appeared the only one that was frustrated by this lack of development.

Drilling was approved mid 2024 , rigs in place or near by , contracts signed for drilling , cash in the bank , and plenty of interviews by greg talking positively about the upcoming drill campaign in December 2024.

The lack of comms is not on, the refusal from investor relations to not even acknowledge a email is disgraceful.

Last time radio silence happened the Sheffield j.v fell through.

I smell a rat in December, a even bigger one in early January, something smells very very off now.

Yet to question it for some seems inappropriate, even considering its my money greg has hold off.

It's nothing suspicious, you see it all the time.

Normally it's to do with the mid point price and the system judging if its s a buy or a sell based on your broker , especially if so close to mid price.

Of course he could be right but Has the 30m always been known about. My memory has harry saying the funding is fully funded for the last 3 years plus.

If that's the case why wasn't this sorted already. Whys it only become a thing for the last few months.

A good question for harry for me would be what exactly do plan to spending any money raised from saudi? I can see them saying some will be for tk launch , some here some there leaving minimal as cash in the bank.

But you write your post as fact , WHEN saudi is sold and the next raise EVAPORATES. Well for a start that all depends the price it goes for and what they actually intend to do with the funds.

They could sell for 70m and is pretty much agree , what if it sold for 20m and they used that towards the 30mthey are trying to raise.

Our opinions align regarding the buyer , but this process has effectively gone on since november when kefi announced to lose the 15% , your opinion for this to be expected to wrap up early March is way off in my opinion
