A: Community resettlement starts at the beginning of Major Works. Commissioning starts before the end of Major Works which are designed to deliver full production.

A: A small area is resettled prior to Major Works. The rest are sequenced as appropriate within the Major Works.

Q. Does Kefi anticipate receiving an extension to the 2035 license expiry date as potential further discoveries are made extending the life cycle of the mine beyond this expiry date?

A: The Mining Licence contains the right to two 10-year extensions.

A: KEFI will maintain its stated focus on regional/subsidiary level funding.

A: That is the intention.

I personally don't think ARTAR will want a new drilling partner , and can't think of any scenario where they don't take up their first right of refusal for fhe remaining 15%.

But harry still needs 30m and if that isn't sourced yet , that's the obvious move for a large chunk of it , of course it could be sourced already and going through the motions.

Harry has suggested in the q&a that it could happen in tandem with the launch, to put a tileline on such a even t tells me it's possible , bit Harry's tikelines do mean diddly squat to me.

I dont think kefi will go down the route of keeping saudi , drilling it to try and create value , that ship has long sailed , evidenced by the loss of Brian hosking who isn't even on the kefibwebsite and replaced by John Webster, kefi and artar effectively already parting ways of the project.

Whats to stop if the theory is correct Artar being incredibly aggressive drilling and telling kefi you owe x amount of cash. Take it off the 15% please.

You and hubstar mention it a lot (funny enough) and say it won't be too long.

I wouldn't anticipate dividends for a few years yet , a mine needs to be built first and revenue needs to be made before it's even a consideration

Why is that such a key phase for you? Harry said mid December that fixed price lump construction was still to be done, if you were so aware of this why were you sand your multi ids spouting finance close by end of 2024.

However that said I tend to agree it's something that looks like it can be ticked off so a positive.

But the points i raised still need to be completed before q1 ends. It's a lot of work.

If harry has sorted point 1 for example it would be much bigger news then a road being started , if he can mention the road he can certainly mention the 30m , that task will be big , he may well have sourced the funds for all I know but it's not secured in my opinion

Kefi on a positive slowley moving forward. Harry's biggest issue is chucking in timelines he can never ever meet, lose them out the rns releases and vast majority of arguing here goes away

My prediction financial sign-off will be beyond q1

If the court case was so important to finalising tk why only hear about it in January 2025 , hasn't been mentioned once that it might be a issue prior to yesterday.

Resettlement , when will the other 2 thirds of land surveys be done, precious correspondence suggests ALL resstlemtment needs completing before moving to major works as per law

Ratification , how can afc legally lend when ratification hasn't been sorted, when will it be sorted?

Finance now moved to end of q1 , timelines continue to be moved quarters at a time , everyone here absolutely adamant would of been done by end of 2024 , and harry will finish q1 saying we are nearly there now and expect sign off in the next few weeks.

Court case , positive outcome , nice for harry to put it to bed, time and efforts can now be moved to more important things rather then a defence case.

There must be a list somewhere in harrys office showing exactly what needs completing before sign off and where each point currently stands , why not share this with shareholders, as timelines move quarters at a time with absolutely no care in the world

How much has shareholders ploughed into Saudi with raises etc , simply to pay off our share to ARTAR by losing more and more of kefis holding , and then what has those descions done for the average kefi shareholder.

How many times has harry diluted kefi shareholders at big discounts promising this will get tk over the line.

How many times has harry been wishy washy with his statements on progress against multiple projects. Leaving shareholders scratching there heads on where the company actually are.

Has harry ever tried sneakily moving the sti bonus scheme to work in his favour and then when caught out had to quickly rns to revert back to status quo

When was the last time harry paid market rate for shares alligning himself with shareholders he always wants to praise when needing to raise, instead he gets freebies

Ingo on Harry's inconsistency. The delays after delays of bank finance. The inability to still not have total finance in place (30m short) the saudi saga.

For me it simply means kefi is a trade. I see valuebat these levels but not at the levels ibwas previously in, a bit too much risk for me. I do however genuinely hope youbget your cash back for 2 reasons

1) if you are winning so am I

2) anyone that has held as long as yourself and made nothing while putting up with everything i mention above , while still being positive on the whole saga deserves some returns in my book

Personally I don't believe drilling has started, cmet without doubt would of let shareholders know if that was the case , money was there , contracts agreed , drill rig nearby.

I keep saying no more, but all this negativity and lower price is just too good an opportunity not to buy just a few more (been here since 2012/13 btw..)

Maybe some are fed up standing in a centre of a room , with the objective to get to the wall the other side. They move half way across and now 75% there.

So buy more , move halfway across and your 87% there, so buy a little more and move halfway across , your now 93% there , so buy a little more, and move half way yet again. Your now 97% there.

You can keep getting closer but you soon realise that moving halfway will never get you to the end.
