i'd love to know how the balanced investors in kefi feel about moving forward into q1 , was it expected, are they disapointed , have they learned from another failed harry timeline , maybe some are in kefibin a **** or bust situation where it takes as long as it takes. how has the saudi and konso news been taking. a distraction or harry seriously thinking about the future of kefi.

does anyone still acctually have full trust in harry

Announcement was always gonna be today . And comes with conditions which mean long term exploration with certain spend criteria.

With that in mind it suggests to me kefi will have very little to do with this , and as a consequence create very little value

100% agree upshunt , and this isn't buisness opportunities for harry and kefi like some idiot in thos thread suggests.

I would bet large sums either 2 scenarios happen

1) kefi don't see any value from the new licences and saudibwill be sold before any drilling takes place

2) saudi being sold is postponed for a large period of time while exploration takes place at the new licence. This will further dilute kefis holding of Saudi assets artar continue paying off kefis share.

Saudi has been given away and the crap konso licence is more exciting then this distraction

How long will it take to add value to this licence, trenching , mapping etc , then a drill programme that kefi wont pay for. It's months and months in the making , if that's the case saudibsale is a long time away.

What if nothing is found, does kefi then have to pay 15% of the costs. Reducing value of the bits we know have value.

Imo this has clearly been added by the j.v , if harry is to create value in this licence then don't expect a saudi sale anytime soon. Because the time it takes will be months in the making.

I'd also suggest kefi and artar are parting ways already , Brian hoskin is no longer c.e.o of GMCO and has been replaced by John Webster.

I need to have time to read the rns properly, bit isn't this simply the joint venture adding a licence right next door to Hawiah.

I believe this will go to ARTAR once we move on. And possibly might add some value if it can be priced its part of the hawiah deposit , which if the case will put to bed any imminent sale of Saudi

Actually agree with parts of your post , but if ARTAR want the rest , they know they will only pay fair market value for it , so I don't think kefi are in a position to bump up the price.

If ARTAR don't want it then I agree, the best kefi can hipe for is more then one serious buyer.

But like I mentioned earlier , ibdont see a scenario away from kefi and ARTAR doing a deal , and unfortunately I don't think harry is capable of doing a deal for 50% of some of the quoted sums let alone 50m plus

Kefi selling saudi. Everything about the minerials forum suggests that's a catastrophe, but that doesn't mean our projects are open to the highest bidder. ARTAR will purchase at fair market value (in my opinion) and if that's been refused then this process is months away from being finalised

Have nothing to do with kefi , and a lot have stuff to do with saudi which is the country kefi are exiting from , some here believe it's good buisness .

By the responces to your post (this is the reluctant first) shows everyone agrees it's just another boring post by yourself that has clogged up the board.

Looking at your posting history I have to say plenty are about me or other individuals, very very few are regarding kefi.

You then say lots of green boxes (yawn by the way) but then are able to say who the green boxes are (says to me they are not , after all your need posters like me to make yourself feel relevant).

You then mention hubstar , a multi id you clearly worship because they write things you simply want to hear.

Same as Rob who has posted 58 links in their last 20 posts , are any even about kefi

Upshunt you know I'm not Harry's biggest fan , and one of his biggest critics, but why do you feel the forum is for companys to dilute shareholders, that's simply not the case , most of my mining investments c.e.o are attending the forum, why wouldn't they , at the end of the day 1000s of investors will be there to invest money in mining companies.

It's a place to speak to investors and convince them to invest in kefi at market price , harry only completed a raise last month , he won't be looking for further dilution anytime soon.

I also don't think the forum is last chance saloon for the reasons above. It's just a huge mining event that exploration companys from all over the world will be attending. Everyone tends to want to be there.

I also don't get this idea that Harry's primary reason will be to sell saudi assets , ARTAR have first right of refusal , I don't see a scenario where that doesn't happen. And he certainly doesn't need to be in saudi to sell of the project , it can be done anywhere
