Part B) ABOUT YOU ...... Have no doubt I remember when you first arrived , it was simply to cause trouble and disrupt as much as you could , you would laugh at posters losing money , argue with everyone and give unrealistic forcasts at the time, this was before bond.

You offer no analytical reason for your deramping apart from Poland would be shut , and I would put you at that time in the category of a troll, however your quite unique to the many other trolls we have had , simply you were the right troll in the right place at the right time.

You did NOT know or predict the new variant
You did NOT know we would lose the court case , 2 catastrophic reasons why we are where we are , if say idw was here or shorterguy we would be having the same conversation as them as I am now with you.

The consequence of that is your ego now believes you can predict the market , this is fuelled by the army of bell ends here that like to feed that ego to you. You demand respect for the fluke of nature you found yourself in and when you don't get it start hitting out at posters.

So in future if you want to write about me try to get the facts of me correct first , yes I still believe in cineworld , yes I see enough progress in the buisness to stick around, yes I see value at the current s.p , yes I acknowledge that there are tough times ahead. And the road will still be bumpy.

It's down to fight ot flight, I choose fight and I choose to stick around, however there is no wrong answer, and all of us here have had to answer a difficult question today.

Part A) Pawelbek I noticed that once again you used me as a header in one of your threads , and against my better judgement I unfiltered you to see what this thread that received many replys was all about , that's 2 times I let my judgement get the better of me today as the 2nd time is replying to you....... I add for one time only.

About me ..... I'm a 40 year old that holds a portfolio with cineworld being my biggest investment, for info I would describe cineworld at this time a disaster , why I'm 50% down on a average of 55p , not 80% as you like to shout about. However I agree nothing for me to shout about either, my losses at this time can only be describ

ed as substantial.

I like to offer my opinion here , you can see that by my amount of posts so there is no denying that , some like my posts others hate them , some reply to me , some filter me , I'm OK with all the above I'm not here to be liked, I will try and reason with most other then the trolls who are here to disrupt (your catagory) although at times I have let certain posters get the better of that reasoning , normally when it becomes personal , I admit I have contributed to that , we are not all perfect right.

But i will correct you on a few things I have noticed since unfiltering you that you continue to write about me .

1) I did NOT watch the court case , i have mentioned this multiple times in multiple posts.

2) I did NOT say we would win the court case , a opinion which got me labeled a day trader , and forked tounge.

3) I do not do s.p predictions, again when questioning them predictions I was labeled all sorts including a troll 

4) I do not tell people to buy , I have said countless times , posters money posters risk posters choice.

What I do do is offer my own opinion some agree with some dont , but that is what the boards for right.

I echo fun investors comments and fair play for coming on here and explaining your reasons.
It's fair to say we have had many many battles in the past , and haven't always agreed with the way we sometimes express ourselves on the board. However I have always believed you have had the best for cine in your posts and I thank you for your contribution over the last 9 months.

We are all on our own investment alone but come across posters on the same journey , today highlights that for some I feel.

When you return I will be still here waiting for another battle , until then best of luck on any future investments

Some honest posts there fun, I hope for the boards sake you stay, personally I hope you make a desicion on what makes sence for you personally.

Will be a intresting time moving forward with you ladies and gents, the posters replying that say sticking around I saw no surprises.

Look forward to your continued input moving forward. After all it see we are together for a while yet lol.

Another good thing out of all this my exit price has dramatically decreased , a double your money scenario is now £1.10 , a long way away but no further then my original price yesterday morning before judgement.

Another top up , now moved average from 61 to 55p and prob my last top up for a while as funds allow no more.

Its a gamble , a gamble I personally feel worth taking.
The judgement today has impacted us financially, and is a massive kick in the gonads , there is no denying that, listening to the trolls today is something that comes part of chat room boards , if we won the judgement and it rose to a quid would there be messages to the trolls , I'm pretty sure there would be. Its something I will take on the chin.

Personally I dont class myself as a ramper , been called all sorts here but always try to give my honest personal opinion on matters , hasn't always gone down well , my view on cineworld courtcase was NEVER a guaranteed win , however I still thank those for taking time out to watch the case and give their opinion , it energised me. And that's exactly what the board is for.

For me I brought more today , why ..... today's judgement hasn't shut down cinemas , currently we still operate a progressing buissness running at 100% operationally and at full capacity. Evidenced in last trading update.

Cineplex case is now as bad as it gets , it's off our backs and we can now move on, any appeal will be a reduction in costs , worse case it stays the same so its all priced in. But it is finally over.

We still have that huge movie slate, it's not going away, and will need to be shown, all movies now will be a welcome boost to our purse strings even the smaller ones.

My time line has changed , I'm here for the long haul now , I'm a 40 year old that's willing to wait wait and wait , and waiting is what I need to do and waiting is what I have accepted I must do.

Lastly to mooky if your reading this you have me now for a a long period of time , heavily in the red and prepared for the long haul , nows the time to tell me and my fellow Lth what the plan is. You need to digest this ruling which I'm sure you will and difficult decisions will need to be made like you have in the past. Investors need to know
How will this judgement be paid?
Will we now look at a U.S listing.?
Can talks be had with the likes of netflix to show their product which has been talked about previously.?
What's the plan moving forward?

but to all the lth let me tell you this, try not to let this spoil your Xmas, we invested in a volitile share and we experience ups and downs, more downs then ups at the moment granted, and for those that stick around we move on as a group with our own personal investments in tow.

To suggest the conclusion of this case is some months away and then drops weeks later is poor at best.

Obviously they wouldn't of known an exact date, but tonsay months away was either them being misled or they were simply lying

This board will be too much today with every dog and his bone. So I will take a back seat for 24 hours.

I'm surprised at court decision but I prepared myself more then most here.
Next few days there needs to be some correspondence from the board about where we move forward.

Personally for me the company continue to progress on a buissness front , court case now over and can be moved on from, however the damages will clearly have a massive impact.and prob impact out financials in March.

Only issue now is the new variant and what our financials really look like come March.

I would like to think a lot of shorts will close now , surley they have all had their payday.

Anyone gloating that they were right unless they had spy's in the court are lying.

A two-shot course of Pfizer Inc.’s vaccination may offer 70% protection against being hospitalized with the Covid-19 omicron variant, South Africa’s largest medical-insurance provider Discovery Ltd. said.

The protection is maintained across age groups and in the face of a range of chronic illnesses, Ryan Noach, the chief executive officer of Discovery Health Ltd., said at a briefing Tuesday. Pfizer is 33% effective against infection by the omicron variant, he said.

The Discovery study included about 78,000 Covid-19 test results for omicron infections from Nov. 15 to Dec. 7 in South Africa, the epicenter of the current omicron wave. Clinical records, vaccination records and pathology test results were examined.
While there is a relatively high risk of reinfection with omicron, hospital-admission risk linked to omicron infection was 29% lower overall for the general adult population, compared with South Africa’s first wave of infection in mid-2020, Noach said. 

The study echoes the initial findings of three other hospital groups that show most Covid patients don’t need oxygen or intensive treatment for the illness. Scientists are still conducting scores of tests in order to get a better grasp of omicron’s risks, and how significant they are will only be known in coming weeks.
