Allkap without doubt we lost some very good posters yesterday. Some we lost contributed more then we realise and their loss will be felt.

Some of them came across real genuine people and to hear some of them sell on huge losses wasn't pleasant reading.

I don't want to be one of them posters , for me my choice it's all or nothing , worst case scenario I want to be in a position at much closer to 55 when I can perhaps top slice with small loses s to reduce risk or small profits of a little over 55.

However that's not even in my mind set at the moment as a option.

Selling now I would imagine is the same feeling as losing the lot. A lot here choose to fight on , so that's what we do.

Why do new posters speak to lth like they have absolutly no clue.
Most new posters couldn't tell you where there nearest cineworld is let alone who mooky is , the movie slate coming up , the debt levels , the court case , the shares in issue, short intrest , financial results , when they are due , and anything else cine related.

Some dont grasp majority have been here for over 18 months , and what they certainly don't understand most subjects have been talked about extensively, what they also don't get about LTH is

We know yesterday's judgment wasn't good by any means.
We know our debt levels are huge.
We know we are on a loooong road to recovery.
We know there is risk.

Trolls argument is judgment means cineworld finished.

LTH argument.
Judgement can be appealed and judgement size can be reduced if not won , still a major win on the sence if we have done wrong we pay for that mistake , but at a fair price.

And I repeat time and again.
We continue to show progress as a buissness.
We have a pretty awesome film slate between now and appeal date which I'm presuming will take at least 6 months.
Better run company financially.
We are fully open.ooly has time to work out his next moves , he hasn't got bailiffs at the door asking for 1.3b

I repeat we as lth understand there are risks we get it , there's also reason to believe in reward, we weigh up options and choose to stay , I personally invested more.

It's our choice our money , and when posters encourage posters to sell at a loss serious questions need asking at that point about what there intentions are.

Posts like that engages with them , and to be honest most shorts will be having a very good Xmas indeed with their wins.

Let's focus on recovery , and having decent debate on cineworld rather then who has beer money tonight. Let's face it right now none of us lth are popping champagne.

Another round of that bunch is likely to see me pull out of here for a week or so while it calms down.
Currently 15% up , which while I still have substantial losses is at least better reading then 8am this morning.

It's weird 100s of new posters yesterday and I can't remember a single posters name , makes them kind of irrelevant in my eyes with regards to my investment and their input to the board.

New day , personally really hate earlys.

With luck a new day will bring a number of things.

1)A stability in the s.p I would take right now, or a green day of any nature, after yesterday it wouldn't seem to bad just why cineworld gets its bearings.

2)News to be dominated with spiderman , rather then the judgement , I feel its wishful on part at this stage but we have got a massive film out which should of been making the headlines.

A sheer reduction in the number of first time posters warning us all about out money and our investment , personally im big enough and bold enough to make my own decisions, 800 posts yesterday from mainly people looking out for my welfare was over the top. It amazed me how many bustards there acctually are on these boards , that will drop over the next few days and they will move on to the next board that suffer bad news without doubt.

And lastly a message from mooky , prob a little early yet , but he will need to speak soon in my opinion , investors all over will want to know next set of moves.

A nice thread with some decent posters.

I mentioned in another post selling now would seem like the absolute bottom, for me anyway , and even if selling now and then watched it drop a further 5p I would still feel no better.

I always said I will stick with this , and I just feel even if we lose appeal there will be much better today's in the offering between now and that point.

I personally feel get past jan then things must surley look better, especially going into spring , it's my opinion and thoughts and not investment advice , but I don't need to tell the posters on this thread this

Question is your post talking about winning in the sence they win appeal and pay nothing.
Personally for me if a appeal meant we paid half the award it would feel like a win right now.

Or has reduced judgement part of your numbers?

Navis wouldn't be the first time mooly responds in such fashion , the drop to 20p last year was followed by a rns securing liquidity.

More borrowing I'm not sure is the route right now , a good appeal is a good start though

Deano for the life of me I can't imagine it gets much worse , for me personally it feels like selling would be doing so at the very very bottom.

Cineworld have already said they will appeal , so no money for now leaves , so a opportunity for cineworld to show its creditors they are worth sticking by , not just the name but with luck proof in returning audiences and the revenue it brings.

Any upside in appeal will result in a move north in the s.p, any lose in appeal is now priced in already.
Come spring I hope life will be very different in terms of covid.
The only thing I see potentially bad now is the financials in March but I personally see a lot of upside between then. Mooky has time to respond to this but he definitely needs to do that.
