I can't for the life of me understand why you think any red day here means that we are unlikely to win any appeal.

I'm not even sure official appeal has even been lodged yet

Big trader the issue most have here isn't the fact shorters are shorting , im only aware of hindy admitting and that was after he sold that he admitted he was was shorter.

It's the fact they all come on here to disrupt , offer no conversation and spout the same crap time and time again.

Most couldn't tell you who the c.e.o is and most I would imagine do very little research apart from oh they lost a judgement it must go down more so I'll short it.

The rest of us are pretty much here day in day out ,( sad lol) and are willing to chat about the good bad and ugly in a manner where we can all discuss opinions ( OK opinions vary and It sometimes leads to silly behaviour, I have been guilty of that) but this isn't something you can do with shorters , who I repeat are simply here to disrupt , infest every thread they can and offer very little other then to say we are in debt , I would actually go as far to say they are insulting every lth here in presuming we have not done our own research.

Apart from the fact that when they gain cash I lose it , purely on the way they all conduct themselves here I can't stand every last one of them. I do agree we can't act like they do on green days as they do on red but it's always something that will happen.

My opinion only of course

Forgive me my knowledge on courts isn't great, is it fair to say until we lodge a appeal and get a date we will see nothing with our name on it.

What I'm getting at is if cineworld fail to let us know they have officially appealed is there somewhere on that site that shows a official appeal has been lodged and when it was done

Hi airbourne, with the cost of 20m for the site and a cash balance of just ober 1m has the company stated how they will pay for this.

I'm looking to buy in here , and doing some research , the rns and the website is a good place to start but looking here also

Anyway I still stand by that comment for what it's worth. Do I think it will happen here no way but there is always a element of risk in any share , especially a volitile one like this. I should listen to my own advice a little more as if I'm honest I prob have a little more in here then I would like , I couldn't help myself after the judgement was announced and was a good chance to reduce my avaverage.however Would I sell my house and buy all in here, no I wouldn't.
Could the appeal go to court and we get told we still have to pay 1.2b while I feel its unlikley there is that chance right.

I'm pretty sure most here have a story it all went wrong with a particular share , that's why I like to have a few on my portfolio.

BUt the point i was making was a responce to another poster , if shares were guaranteed to make you rich and can't lose everyone would be doing it.

We all do our research on company's and choose to invest in one's that you feel will give yourself a good return , I made a choice to invest in cine and still stand by that reason 100%. but currently of I like it or not I am losing with this share. If I wasn't prepared to invest in cine with appropriate time and say I only invested in cine for a year to pay for a wedding then I would of lost a lot of money.

Research ,Time, patience I find are the best tools for any share. This one will have all 3

Sold my argo block chain last summer for 4p , they then went to over £2.60 a share , ahhhhh the money I would of made.

Turned down amc at 2 dollars, alpine4 at 5 cent which went to 7 dollars lol

Prob why I like to stick , fortunes of shares can change if willing to wait it out
