It's quite annoying there are around 1 million shares traded after the Bell but can't quite work if they are buys or sells.

Sometimes you can tell by the price but like tonight's it's a little harder to work out. They are reported now as unknown on other boards too.

And yes before someone says I k ow sometimes sells are reported as buys and vice versa so not always 100% accurate here

With all the theory's of imminent news breaking out it might just be that we were over sold. Similar happened in Nov 2020 , went to silly prices and recovered to better levels pretty quickly. This is of course not better levels compared to where we were obviously. Cinemark dropping due to Canada news and amc is jist a meme stock anyway , hard to gauge what true value is there

Take the judgement out which is what all the trolls are basing falls on and we are better off then 3 months ago.
The judgement appears that with a appeal it may take a long time to acctually sort , buissness can carry on as normal , if we prove to our creditors that buissness can get back to how it was I see no reason why we won't get further help if necessary, this is of course worse case and we have to pay full judgement , no one here expects that.

Guaranteed if we dropped approx 18% yesterday the media would of had a field day with it , type in cineworld you would probably see a headline like cineworld shares tumble , or future uncertain.

For the life of me If this was so important wouldn't the judge award cineplex the case with 28m damages.

Rs2002 I struggle to get my head round this.

I know paying 28m was never on the agenda to pay when cine felt they done no wrong. And why should they , and its easy to discuss I get in hindsight after judgement.

However paying the 28m was surly the best option before court if this was always a option, losing the court case stigma which I believe was already holding us back would of been better for the s.p and the value of the company.

It wouldn't of took much of a rise north in the s.p to recover the 28m alone , and I'm sure more big firms would of invested without the threat of the court case around our necks some months ago.

Sold on the way down to ave down elsewhere , and now presented with a fantastic opportunity at under 10p , same amount of shares but average now 6p cheaper.

Always planned to buy back in as Big year ahead in my opinion

I expect a typical pull back nevlxt few days, stocks are not straight lines , but with luck any pullback will be smaller the rises. We all believe they will hence why we are here.

I cant view him but think we can all agree that many have gone absent which we believe have different motives to the rest of us.

While the rest of us seem to be here daily these idiots like truant will be here on red days , any idiots selling because of their advice shouldn't be investing.

Apart from the judgement and of course the s.p the company are prob in a better position then before the judgement was even announced.

Trading update was good , think its safe to say Dec was better , you don't get unbelievable revenue from spiderman with no-one showing up.
