I would expect us to be £14-16 even before phase 2 / phase new all encompassing contract. Look at the numbers, we currently have an estimated £130m in the bank as of today. Since the year started weve introduced new products which open new markets. We are the go to diagnostics company globally, the first to detect variants wherever they be. Now look at the world, 3rd waves and new lockdowns across europe, us/Latin america out of control. No end in sight but new ncyt led products to control it. We will see £30 this year, I have no doubt at all now given developments.

We get out of it when we have the medical ability to treat it (not necessarily cure it), such that it becomes rare that it is fatal. We are getting there,and will be better come the end of the year. But for the next 6m or so its foolhardy to allow foreign travel.

I also have family abraod and haven't seen then other than face time since the outbreak, imagine many of us do. It's not easy on anyone. There are however countries, including major european countries where the virus is now out of control, France included. I would personally keep borders closed until at least the destination nation has been fully vaccinated. i see little point in allowing people to travel even if they personally have a vaccine, as it doesn't stop you catching it and bringing it back to others. Would anyone truely feel safe walking into a busy spanish bar or airport even with a vaccine knowing there's a high degree of likelihood there are infected people around you. For me it's a huge mistake for the Gov to allow any foreign travel other than repatriation, and we will all pay for this mistake in a few months time through another wave. For me the testing isn't hard enough, never mind it should be relaxed.

Understood. If its for work then it's a business expense and shouldn't impact you. If its out of choice then its simply a cost to bear and understand that at the end of the day it is required to prevent other people from potentially catching something life threatening from the people travelling abroad. We shouldn't be complaining about an expense because at the end of the day it is a choice we all make. If people want to go abroad fine, but there's a responsibility attached to that.

Simple solution to that, don't travel....

Personally I don't think we should be allowing any travel at all. It has disaster written all over it. Imagine all the partying brits, germans etc picking up all kinds of variants and bringing them back to their home nations. You've all seen spanish holidy resort airports flying back, thousands crammed in, it will be chaos. You get a test, but then catch it at the airport or on a flight, wonderful. It will set us back 6m if they re-open the borders fully. All because people want a bit of sunshine, is that really worth peoples lives to get a tan, I think not...

My feeling is that not only will there be the additional optional rollout, but that it will be extended to cover the mobile testing, and the variant testing side of the business. It will likely be a much wider all encompassing contract, that takes advantage of the decentralised setup. Let's see, it will be an interesting few weeks for sure.

What are the odds that their other portfolios increased on Friday. Release an RNS that can be perceived as negative by some (15,000 share sale), drop the price by 4%, load up greater than 15,000 share on the other portfolios at the lower price, then release a positive holding RNS. Very transparent that.

Ignore the charts, ignore the doom mongers, ignore those invested in other covid plays who would have you believe their team will be number one, even ignore the positive forecasts, and valuations. Simply put belief in your own view and your own research. When you are right it is all the sweeter

I see some of the same names on here as I did at the start of the pandemic. That's important because it shows that the guys and girls who have been in here from the start are still here. Many of us have seen the rises and the pull backs multiple times, and none of us are in the least concerned (frustrated yes, but not surprised), in fact I imagine most of us have added, I certainly have. We can't control market price direction but we can take advantage of it. I expect us to set new highs over coming months, and whilst I wish I had even more funds to buy, I have my largest holding, and will continue to add where possible. Its like the start of the upsurge all over again, and we will all benefit greatly.

Morning all, good to see out usual annoyance and pessimism continues to reigh freely. Personally I feel why worry about it. Whether it is 6,7, 8, 9, or 10 it is still under valued. It will come, close now I feel, virtually a 50% decline from a high that was only set a matter of weeks ago. Oh yes and we beat analyst forecasts at which they value us at c£14. So sit back, let the games fade out and then upwards we go.

Not strictly true dartron, they still update positions periodically. The 2 other BlackRock portfolios have 1-2% each and both report share changes

Does annoy me when we get all these big buys show up and yet the price is down 3%. All the research, all the late trades, all the charts, jobs, even all the income, does absolutely nothing to support the price. Holding ncyt is a lesson in pain and endurance this year. Watching everyone else double adds salt to the wound
