Its difiicult to estimate, simply because the current share price bears no relation to its earnings and potential. Certainly it would be a small premium. 100% premium, 300% premium, god knows, but I'm looking forward to seeing the offer if it comes for sure.

Cheers harchris. Yes I saw the 2 different interpretations. Depends what setting people have on their Bloomberg screens, if its been converted from Euros or not. Regardless, either way its still too low, but at least its an as we stand forecast which can be ramped up on a new contract. I never put any faith in analyst forecasts, from personal experience in that role most analysts simply use current price and add/take a bit off based on sentiment, then use spurious reasoning to justify it, not worth the paper they are written on. That applies to the high forecasts too.

that's interesting. If it is c10 euro target as we stand without any new contract news, then their actual forecast will be much higher once we get the contract extension/upgrade. As always it's always in the detail, not in the headline. Doesn't help it being quoted in euros and piunds either...

I don't think Blackrock have bought over 5% of the company to lose money at that price! I was an analyst for years and I've never heard of this French broker, I put more faith in Blackrocks analysts as they are putting their money where their mouth is. There is definitely a theme with the french not valuing it properly. I agree with others that it is deifnitely time to come off of the bourse, adds nothing to the company to be there.

From a trading perspective it is an interesting setup. Most long term holders will have held, and many will actually have added. You have higher institutional holding now too. So when we get a rally or a RNS trigger, then there are significantly less shares available for those people to buy in. This will lead to an even sharper move upwards than we had previously, and in all likelihood it will lead to new all time highs.

It will never be a steady rise though. Too many people who have been sat on the sidelines waiting for it to turn. Once they are confident we are rallying, they will all pile in again and it will shoot up aggresively. Pros and cons to that, but it's how I expect it to behave, sudden gap ups.

An offer would have to be multiples of where we are now, for a start by the end of this year we will have 250m odd cash in the bank. No holders or IIs (including BlackRock who bought higher), would accept anything that is less than a minimum of 3 times what the price is now. Of course if rumours surface they are looking to bid, then the price will be much higher than here anyway.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say today is the day we turn around. So much negativity at the moment that its impossible to get more negative. Usually that's a contrarion indicator to me. Over negative = bottom, over positive = top. Let's see how it pans out.
