I would like an intraday RNS to allow the traders to drop out Mon AM, then a rise to 250p ish, dropping back to 220p at close. Tlsa peaks at the same time and then the shorters come back in to kill the rise on the Nasdaq.
Next day JV/Offer RNS at 7AM uk time - £3-£5 at open.

Axa, surely you read all RNS?
From RNS 4th Jan: 'The topline data from the trial is expected to be available in January 2021'.
That's not stating Q1 & no RNS since that have changed the statement to extend the date. RNS's should be used to update the market & shareholders. Investors with large portfolio's don't have the time to trawl through hours of videos, etc. I have a very small portfolio, so not my issue, but not keeping the market up to date when timelines change, is not the way to do business. Early Q1 would have been fine or Q1, if they had been quoted Feb/Mar timeline from the labs. No Knickers twisted and can wait for data.

I couldn't get a dummy quote for a sell of 1000 shares at bid of 145p just after open today. A few weak holders may have been flushed out today, with talk of 125p equivalent on the Nasdaq yesterday. Hold for gold, whether it's tomorrow or next week for the Brazil data to be released, it matters not, FOMO will kick in tomorrow if no RNS. The mind trick phase ( nice rise, news, big drop) has passed and we're still here holding strong.

I just posted this on Stock - twits 'I think it is the price that they are underwritten at. That would be like giving them warrants at £1.50 to dish out to mates for favours. (3 years vesting)

I still cant see it - I'm going for ADR's being issued at or near market pricing when required up to a total value of $250m. I don't want to see Tils issuing shares at £1.50 in three years time!

$250m / 2 = ADR
£1.50 x 1.35 = $2.025 x 2 = ADR value - $250m / 2.025= 61m ADR's.
If the price is limited to £1.50 ($4.05 = ADR). That doesn't look so good for LTH. If Brazil data comes in good the company could have possibly raised funds at a far higher price, meaning less dilution. If we hit £3/£4 the company will have to raise funds by issuing these ADR's at £1.50, thus pining us LTH's back whilst they're sold off.

I see this as stating the issue of ADR's will be determined by the market price at the time. Do you know of any further information available Axa.

Tils could be the 'Holy Grail' for a lot of Nations, ourselves included. Brazil is buckling says the headline, but over the last two days we have witnessed a higher death rate here in the uK, yet we have a third of their population. The UK is second behind Italy in deaths/Million population (Excluding populations under twelve million.
If Foralumab is successful, I would expect our government to be all over this, along with the US of A.

The spike yesterday on TILS , I believe, was caused by the TLSA holders selling out and returning to TILS . I was one, but did it far too early, sold around $3.80 & bought back in at 165p-167p . I could have made a chunk if I waited an hour, such is life.
Parity is now there between the markets, I've increased trading pot from 8360 - 12055 shares from two spikes on Nasdaq, very happy but could have been a lot better. 6000 remaining in trading pot as the funds are required shortly. LTH is held tightly.
