Lots of post stating no news for 6-12month, if correct, so be it. I don't believe it personally.
Why are people so keen to tell you dis & dat is bad and so & so is better. They are invested in so & so and want buyers to pump the price by selling dis & dat and dropping the price. This allows them to sell so & so at a profit a get in dis & dat at a lower price. Unfortunately most traders are not looking out for your wealth.
Believe no one and DYOR, if any of the pipeline is delayed, it will delay the end result. As with any Pharma stock, that result could be good or bad. However, I still believe Foralumab will be the holy Grail along with the patented delivery methods, that in itself is worth $billions.

We could fall to cash value (hypothetically), the reverse is we could go to the sky's. I'll hold as the risk is minimal at this level. I f we were at £2.50 and awaiting a trial result. The risk reward changes.

CD, I see a lot of new posters with very negative short term views on TILS. Seems like a concerted effort to reduce the SP further through fear.
I expected to stop buying at 40k shares, but December weakness took me to 50k, now at Aprils weakness took me to 60k and I don't expect to purchase anymore, however on further weakness, never say never.
I imagine other PI's in the background are slowly increasing their holding, this is not a Covid play, but it appears to have something that could help Covid patients long term and with the ease of administering and thus lower dose required it could be the 'Holy Grail'.

You're probably right CD. The Brazil trial was a total failure and Tlzs501 alongside Foralumab have no future in helping Covid patient or indeed any other patient. Looks like TILS secret is out the bag.

I'd be sick if I missed it, but each to their own.
Also, pre covid at 40p - Add the cash in the bank to that & you're probably near - 70p fair value for comparison. Is it worth being on the side lines or elsewhere?
I've watched a few shares go off into the sunset, having done the hard graft. I have faith in my choice of investment and will remain invested unless news tells me a different story.

I cannot give a timeline, but this guy didn't join to stagnate and grow old. Any news that comes out could be company making. I look forward to you congratulating the LTH's at some point.

We are at our lowest SP since Mid December 20 and back to May 20 rise in terms of progress.
Acustem is now removed from TILS, so we could be ££££'s up in Q3 if listing is only 6-9 months late.

Three items are listed in the presentation for action in Q2 and one in Q3.
Foralumab: Intranasal for progressive Multiple Sclerosis & Enteric coated oral capsules for Crohn’s Disease - Both Phase II trials.
TZLS 501: Inhaled lung delivery for COVID-19 - IND submission
Q3 we have:
Milciclib: With phase II already completed the next move is 'HCC combination with a tyrosine kinase inhibitor'.

For Q2 trials they have until the end of June to commence, so all is on schedule. Good news. If it falls back to Q3, it would not be the end of the world and I'll still be holding.

It was recorded on the 15th April, but looks good to me. A few points I found encouraging:
28 secs: Everything is on schedule
2m 30 secs- 4m: The importance of what information the Brazil trial returned,. They show the table of Improvement & reduction of various issues.
It is often mentioned that this trial along with the Expanded access program which will take 6 months opens up Foralumab to all three areas, Covid, MS & Crohns (plus others). However, patients can be added if it is seen as safe & this is done in parallel with the mice study.
Nasal administration overcomes the Blood /Brain Barrier via Tregs - Also Tregs are the Body defenders, 'bring it on'.
Oral administration for Crohn's disease goes straight to the area affected
A highly rated analyst (top 5%) HC Wainwright still have the $11 price target, about 60% higher than the recent Zacks research note and not 5 years away.

Very happy to hold and tempted to increase, but not enough cash to make a difference. With hindsight I would have sold everything at £1.80 and bought at the bottom, but that's not real life, I would be nervous being out and watching it constantly, so I could buy back in. Today I can get on with my life and wait for the trials to return their findings, with a fair level of confidence. As Dr Shulab states it has done everything they expected and more. Brilliant!!!

They need cash to continue. Tils and 4D, comparisons with cash removed are more like, TILS £135m & 4D £190m for their pipelines
Both possibly £billion pound companies in the making!!
I can wait 12 months to retire.
