We were funded for 2 years. Now 15months remaining.
At least we will have enough in the bank for the FY statement (Dec 20) to be a 'going concern'. Maybe towards the end of this year, funds will need to be raise, hopefully from a much higher level , to be considered a going concern for Dec 21 FY report.
FYI: The 'going concern' concept, or assumption, is an accountancy term that describes a company which can continue operating without the significant threat of liquidation, and therefore remain in business for the foreseeable future.

We have IND submission 2Q, 2021 for TZLS-501 - Inhaled lung delivery for COVID-19 for Q2 21, another fully human anti IL-6 receptor mAb.
From the same RNS: The Company is accelerating development of anti-Interleukin 6 receptor ("IL6R") mAb, a fully human monoclonal antibody for treatment of IL6-induced inflammation, especially for treatment of COVID-19 patients.
This has more potential than anything else on the market IMHO. However it will not be an easy road. PI's will be shaken out at every opportunity. Hold tight and add where you can.

Tiziana Plans Phase 2 Clinical Study in Moderate to Severe Covid-19 Patients with Nasal Administration of Foralumab, a Fully Human Anti-CD3 Monoclonal Antibody.
Followed by:
Foralumab is the first monoclonal antibody that can be dosed nasally or orally, due to its ability to effect systemic immunity via the epithelial lining of the nose, respiratory tract and gut.
· The direct rapid delivery of Foralumab to the nasal passage and respiratory tract was shown in a previous study of mild to moderate Covid-19 patients to suppress lung inflammation, as evident from CT scans and reduced systemic markers of inflammation including interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein.

We might be behind in terms of phase 3 is a while away, but this makes it ideal to get fast tracked. This could be the holy grail.

I was happy with this price.
Now we have acustem that will be held separately and we remain at that May 20 price. We now have more shares and money in the bank for the next 16 months of development.

Unfortunately, the market does not see any value in the news we've received since then. Patents for various methods of administration ( Other Companies are now trying to catch up with this method). Also TILs had a very successful trial for Covid in Brasil. Following that trial we recruited a high level executive to the Board from Regeneron.
As bad as the SP is, I think I'll hold and purchase more at the end of April (1404 left to purchase to achieve my target).

It is ,1Tils share = 1 Acustem share, however they are issuing 204m shares and not 196m, which is believed to be due to no record date for the ADR's and subsequent confusion.
Wrt Acustem listing. it could be as per the ADR's for TILs, they were adjusted prior to the spike in July/Aug 20.
They set how many Acustem shares are required per 1 ADR:
'The former ratio of five (5) ordinary shares to one (1) American Depositary Share ("ADS") has been changed to two (2) ordinary shares per one (1) ADS effective on 31 July 2020. There will be no change to the underlying ordinary shares.'

12th June00: Masssive oil co is pleased to announce the drilling of three wells in has commenced. The first in Texas is to spud in Aug 00, the second & 3 will be spudded in Q4, also in Texas.

Both FABRICATED RNS's are clear of intentions, however, what is happening with the three UK wells that were intended.

It is intended that Accustem will seek admission to the standard segment of the Official List and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc by way of an IPO in late Q4 2020 ("Accustem Admission") and potentially a dual listing on NASDAQ in 2021.

Whilst the Accustem Shares will be allotted on the completion of the Demerger, it is unlikely that the process to obtain a standard listing on the Official List and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange will be complete by the date of completion of the Demerger. Accordingly, no Accustem Shares will be actually issued (or CREST accounts credited or Accustem ADSs issued) until the earlier of (i) Accustem Admission; and (ii) 2 months from the date of the completion of the Demerger. This is to prevent the issue of large numbers of physical share certificates which would then need to be replaced or dematerialised upon Accustem Admission.

It would be courteous to announce that they are no longer going to carry through what was previously RNS'd.
Intended (meaning)= Planned or meant!
If it is no longer intended, they should update their shareholders with clear concise information.

Dropped below it on 16/17 Dec 20 & 9Apr 21, but closed the days out above it.

Still relaxed with my investment, although all profits are wiped out and most other watchlist shares are about 50-100% up (Ex: Lloyds 64%). That's annoying, as is the poor RNS style, that adds more confusion. If it's obvious what they are saying the trading desks would know the answers to our questions. They do not mention dual listings, so may be that's enough to satisfy the savvy among us.

May be a tripple bottom at 93p to complete a head and shoulders chart.

Lets hope it lists at £1 and tils buy 2m shares of the 204m shares in issue or they release eaquity.
Otherway is, it lists at 1p and they buy 200m shares through equity release and TILS will own approx 50% of Accustem.
Maybe the figure of 204m shares in issue has come from a price of 25p/share for the £2m investment (4% holding).
