I think its a case of using MAB's as a treatment. If Regenerons treatments are successful using MAB's via IV route (ie very expensive). Then if Foralumab is deemed as a successful treatment for Covid via an inhaler, that could be delivered by the patient at home. It would be a massive plus for TILs
We are still looking for 'Proof of Concept'. Once proven, nasally & orally for Covid, Crohns, AZ and MS. TILs is looking at $BILLIONS market cap. With other treatments still in the pipe;line
Imagine looking here in 3 years and it's valued at £3/share (400% up) £600m mcap. A year later Foralumab is sold for $4b.

Are the ADR holders still waiting for a qualifying date for Accustem shares. Or did I miss that bit of information?

Hopefully it confirms the break above the 50dma, next move is the 5 & 20dma cross the 50dma. All building to a golden Cross. I sound like a trader, but unfortunately I've held through thick and thin.

As Cloudy mentioned, may be something is happening that we are not aware of and the listing won't matter.
That could explain the inconsistent comms, but why would you file the SEC document for listing. Unless it's to pressurise a buyer that's playing hardball.
TILS could come out of this smelling of roses, with a good deal,or a listing in Q4 smelling of the opposite, being almost 12 months adrift.

Looking for positives!
The Nasdaq closed above the 50dma, that is the first time it's closed above this marker since 22nd Feb. I believe something was leaked around that time, to trade between $3.70 and $2.70 over a two day period.
The last time the 50dma was broken as resistance was the 11th Jan and previous support was 5th Nov 20.
It would be nice to push on from this point on Monday on the Nasdaq, it will bring in technical traders. We need traders to supply the movement, in this case it would be upwards.
Or the Algo's are re-rating TLSA/TILS on the fundamentals.

That would be a great ending if the price was right. Otherwise it may take a few years to achieve real value. With the possibility of serious dilution along the way.

I do wonder if the Share Dealing platforms will know any more than any of us in relation to a specific company as they would have to know everything about every listed company. They will have knowledge of procedures for listings and demergers. However TILS do seem to have created a unique scenario and now all the platforms are waiting for instructions from TILS as to what is actually happening.

SJ1 mentioned a SEC Registration document stating a FTSE Main Market Listing. HH has had a conversation with a helpful chap at Barclays, who infers 'some suggestion they will go on the official list'.
So although you see it as a done deal, both official documentation and a Financial Professional of sorts is still giving us reasons to continue discussing Acustem.

I have no worries wrt getting my Acustem shares.
It's just when and on what exchange.
The Exchange appears to be the cause of many investors concerns. I'm II and will get the shares others will get a cash settlement, possibly around the opening price!!
The price could drop on opening and they would benefit, or the price could rise and they lost out.

It is definitely a very unique situation.

Acustem will be Nasdaq only and II informed me to fill out an W-8BEN for my ISA.
I think the dual listing SJ1 mentioned was from when AIM stocks could not be held in an ISA, but if they were dual listed on an eligible exchange you could hold then in an ISA.

I was leaning more to the FDA allowing TILS to progress Foralumab trails (As the Only Fully Human anti CD3 MAb). You've mentioned previously the issues with Anti CD3 on a safety level and why we have to do more lab testing alongside the EUA patient dosing.

Strange. And still no date for Acustem qualifying for the Nasdaq stock holders.

Is that why there's about a 11p difference?

Just purchased 2620 @ 75.95p.
