Which could come under, Weeks 3-4. Company addresses any issues raised by Staff.
All guess work, but it keeps us on our toes while we wait for SJ1 to complete the trials data search.

That's interesting. They were accepted @ 18:35 on 28th May 21 (Friday Close) with a Filing Date of 1st June 21. May be we are about to here something wrt Acustem listing.

Denny 11 - As you stated the company has decided to list on the Nasdaq only. Maybe it was only a shot in the dark, or they have a plan and it meets the requirements to be able to list.

'the deal is done' That was made when trying to shut down comments on A-------m! Nice one.
Due to you trading in and out, you may not be entitled to part of the company, or not. I have 30,000 little parts due, as I am a long term holder. (Due- ie, still outstanding as I type, not worried, but interested in the value it will have).
Since the demerger I have doubled my holding & and I actually thank my lucky stars I was buying under a £ and not at £1.50.
I'm not here for a quick trade.
I do think I have the right to make comments on how the company operates, that's the purpose of this BB.
This company is going to be big if one product comes in, if its Foralumab is will be cosmic due to the the illnesses it's targeting and it's treatment process (patented).

An Investor invested in 'Xx' and and it is changed to 'x' & 'y' with a timeline of within two months from end of Oct 20 for execution.
They were retiring or giving up work in March 21.
A percentage of their holding is in effect, suspended.
What percentage is 'x' and 'y'?

A lot of people do their own pension planning and work on info given as being true & accurate.
My point was to say the BoD do have a duty of care to share holders. It was possibly poor advise from their Nomad who would not be involved after the FTSE listing.
Poor updates & Information of the delay since Dec 20 and poor timelines in RNS's in Oct 20 were the fault of the BoD/Nomad.
Nasdaq only listing listing could be a great result, but any info has slowly leaked out. A broker note mentioned Q3 when Q1 was obviously going to be missed.
I'm a TILS cheerleader but Acustem has been undeniably poor and the buck stops at the BoD.

I personally have a forces pension - bullet proof, a company pension that looks good and my shares that will change my retirement date of between 1 and 9 years from now (government pension age).
I stated ' Some shareholders may have found themselves in financial difficulty due to this, yet there is no recompense.' Apologies, wrong wording, investors find themselves in limbo and are given no clear way ahead or reason for the excessive delay.

For clarity: IMHO the Acustem process has been poor, but TILS has massive potential and I'm very much looking forward to the future and retirement at whatever age.

They are the Board of Directors and are responsible to shareholders. Acustem has totally missed target that were set by the BoD, probably after advice. This is not the 1st demerger carried out by a company, but it's the 1st I've been involved in and it appears to be about 5 months later than expected. Some shareholders may have found themselves in financial difficulty due to this, yet there is no recompense.
I'm still here for the journey, but some damage has been done by the Acustem process.

Dependant on price I may have sold 50% of my Acustem if TILS was back around 70p, as I see massive value here and it's not that far away #Proof of Concept (POC), but if TILs trades at fair value, I think I'll let the Acustem run.
I agree that it's possibly out of managements hands and is probably requiring Nasdaq approval to decide on entitlement and listing. Lets hope there are no legal wrangles with the entitlement dates or the need for extra shares to make good the poorly written RNS's.

Broke through the 20DMA for the 1st time since End of Mach and Early April, that wa around a £1 then. It looks to be a more controlled move and now below 80p so an easier level to build on, but no guarantees.

It's released via an RNS, these are generally proof read. Sometimes they have an error and a subsequent RNS is issued replacing the original, thus correcting the error.
If you feel so up tight about it, speak to the FCA or any other body that may take up your claim. On issue of a clarifying RNS stating the word trial was an error and should be replaced with the word study, I will humbly apologise to yourself and NMW. However my holding will remain the same and I will continues to look positively towards the end of the year.
