$7.50/ADR - 2 shares /ADR. Shares /2 x $7.50=$735m or £520m
At £2/share we were priced around £392m, if one of the TILS pipeline treatments comes up trumps, it's valuation will be a minimum of £1b.
I don't believe TILS will be the same company in2028, depending on whether they've sold/partnered/joint ventured each success.
For those that are entitled or buy in one day, Acustem will probably be valued more than the 2028 speculation in the TILS research note.
Check out the charts 16th June -20th July. 17th Dec - 21st Jan. We appear to be at the start of the next rise. The last three rises have been walked back down. The next one could be a rerate and we stay higher.

I believe that's the price to issue the ADR's for shares at 2sharesper ADR
Each ADR costs the company (Acustem) $0.05 to issue
$0.05 x 250m = $12.5m, whichwould be the cost if Acustem issued all 250m to raise funds.
I believe 102m ADR's will be issued initially to cover the 204m shares/warrants outstanding from TILS shares in Issue.
So our listing fee would be $0.05 x 102m = $5.1m to the Nasdaq exchange. 148m ADR available to raise funds in the future

I notice they are registering 250,000,000 American Depositary Shares and 'each American Depositary Share representing two ordinary shares of Accustem Sciences Limited.'
Therefore, I imagine they are allowed to issue up to 500,000,000 Acustem shares.
It looks like it's getting closer to Acustem being a reality and actually being able to see value, however ,no date as yet.

TILS have fallen short in this area. Was this appointment through advice from the FTSE or Nasdaq Exchanges.
Although it's not a rerate RNS, it will be seen positively and could continue the slow rise to value.

I do not know if they could accept an offer for Acustem without an EGM. UK shareholders know if they are entitled to shares, thus have a vote. Do the ADR holders know who is entitled to the shares?
There is still a lot of confusion and I cannot see a sale being announced before the shares are actually issued.

VM. I don't deserve any credit. It was pure speculation and mixed in with TZLS-501 treatment. Foralumab being TZLS-401.
I think there is a sound basis for the application.
It has been discussed on here before as a possible 'Home Based treatment', with an inhaler type delivery. I think the good Dr might have mentioned it in an online interview.
Hence Foralumab - Could be the Holy Grail and not just for Covid. Via the Airway for SARS type issues, Nasally, through for the Blood Brain Barrier and Orally for stomach, intestinal.

Hopefully they will see the initial Brazil trial results, possibly with more detail than we are aware of. We were promised results on Bio-markers(??) that never happened.
The 2nd Brazil trial could be more targeted, ie using self administered doses in a controlled environment for the trial purposes.

An independent COVID-19 Therapeutics Advisory Panel (UK-CTAP), chaired by Professor Patrick Chinnery, will advise on what treatments should be proposed for testing through RECOVERY+, REMAP-CAP, PRINCIPLE and AGILE. The panel is formed by a group of experts with no vested interests from relevant backgrounds who have broad expertise covering key issues.

The panel will take specialist advice from sub-panels with expertise in strategically important areas for the treatment of COVID-19. These areas will change as we learn more about disease mechanisms in COVID-19 and its complications, and we advance our knowledge of the most effective treatments.

The final decision on which treatments will be included in in these trials will lie with the Chief Investigators, who have ultimate responsibility for the delivery of the trials and Professor Chris Whitty, the Chief Medical Officer for England and Chief Scientific Adviser for the Department of Health and Social Care.

TILS are targetting treatment of COVID patients in hospital who have moved beyond the viral stage into the immune over-response stage. Its highly unlikely it would be an "at home" inhaled treatment for COVID. It could well be an at home treatment for some of the other targetted diseases however.
