If you look at the daily chart for TLSA. It has many gaps. So this shows that TLSA doesn't close the gaps. I wouldn't be buying or selling based on the gaps.

The chart patterns work and for TILS the momentum is up. Look at the daily chart and you will see what i mean.

Best TA make things very simple. We are in a F flag and you can't get any more bullish pattern then this! Let me explain more.

We moved from 74p to £1.96 ( this is called the the pole i.e flag pole) then we are now in consolidation pattern from £1.94p to £1.30 ( bullish channel). The lower part of this channel is £1.22 and this also would complete the right shoulder for head and shoulders pattern.

Once we are done we should move up. At the same time we have formed a head and shoulders pattern which is bullish. I can not see anything negative here. I will be looking to buy more here and once we break £1.30p

It's how the II's load up or offload, depending on the direction. When the consistent rise or fall starts they're either loaded or out and if their holding the float is massively reduced and the SP rises in hyperbolic fashion and will finally settle in a new trading range. Did someone mention £5, £8. I've just watch 50p/share drop off the SP over 7 days, but I'm quite content and hoping for it to remain for a couple of weeks at this level, as annual bonus is due. Personally I don't think I'll get this bargain price.

I would like to know whether Acustem is going to start it's trial in Italy or when this will happen etc. As it is no longer part of Tils, they are not required to release any information. As Acustem has no listing, there are no rules to adhere too, wrt releasing sensitive info (no SP to move - up or down).
I do feel we have been left in limbo, not knowing the value of our portfolio and what plans are in the pipeline for Acustem to move forward, have they changed???

Further to our previous notices regarding the issue of AccuStem share to holders of Tiziana Life Sciences, please be
aware that unfortunately Tiziana Life Sciences have still not confirmed a date when we can expect to receive the
AccuStem shares. We have contacted Tiziana Life Sciences direct on a number of occasions however, no response or
timetable has been forthcoming.
It has however, been announced that the Accustem shares will have a standard listing on the Official List and be
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. A process is underway to seek admission to the standard segment
of the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Accustem Admission will occur during
Q1 2021.
We are monitoring the situation and will update entitled accounts with the new shares as soon as possible. The exentitlement date for the distribution was 2nd November 2020.

Most appear to be buys, although listed as sell. The share price at the time when checked over the half hour periods was lower than when reported. I wouldn't call it MM's tricks, but in this day and age there should be a better way of reporting trades, although for every buy ,there is a sell.

I believe orders are being filled before we re-rate. Don't miss out on a large rise looking for a 10% improvement on your buy in price.

We may have proved that Foralumab helps prevent or reduce the issues presented with long covid. It's early days wrt long covid, but the improvement shown in the scans of the lungs was amazing. The two new placements to Tils are high calibre and shows where we're going. Some people who have sold will do well or have done well getting back in lower, but a few traders/investors will not get the opportunity to get back in, or will hold less shares due to availability when that RNS drops and new high are seen.
I'm comfortable and see very little risk now.
Don't get talked out of your holding, this may be life changing for us and life saving for many others around the world.

I'd put money on, that today's chart is in a similar position to that of the 12th/15th June. We've had a 1 month rise, followed by a period of consolidation. We've hit the bottom Bollinger band, The rest is history. Just hang in there now for the next six week to see where we are.
Tils has added approx £110m to its mcap from that point to where we are now. Acustem is gone, but no value was given to that. With all the news we've had since June we should be at much higher levels. Massively derisked now and we are not just a Covid play!

'O Yeah well spotted. You have also got a massive free float unsold held by the MM's who bought. Thus current price. So yeah it does matter at these volumes buddy.

So the MM's bought at 180p and are offloading at 150p?? That's not how I see their MO

We are about 4% higher than Friday close! 165p to sell, they're gonna have to up that substantially to release part of my shares.
Slow and steady looks the way forward. People will then slowly regret selling as they see themselves left further behind. 10% rise today is 15p, a 10% rise in a couple of weeks could be 25p.
