May be this is the news that will move TLSA to near parity.
This guy had a senior position in a large pharma and he's left for a minnow like TILS.
Either a REGN agent or he can see where this is heading.

If Tils is sold the FTSE/Nasdaq shares will each receive the same value. I'm holding long term. I will sell my ADR's and buy back Tils on the FTSE if the situation reverses.
Then hold again until £10/20 comes.

I sold some Tils today, 3560 at £135.3, giving about £4804 (Halifax share dealing ISA). I then bought 2071 TLSA (Only allowed to use 90% of cash value) at £203.56. The trade reference shows it was made up of 8 trades with a VWAP of 203.56, Each trade shows a commission charge of £12.50
So I guess, I sold 3560 Tils and now hold 4142 Tiziana shares via ADR's and have £576 remaining from the transaction. Seems to good to be true.
Interactive Investor also show they are available to trade once you sign the international agreement, but haven't used them yet.

There is still the question of receiving Acustem with the ADR's, or was this cleared up( Record Date etc). That would be a massive bonus, but I can't see it happening.

Or are we just progressing towards our main market listing. It's anyone's guess. Even a leak of a deal/buyout can't be seen through a TILS sp increase as they are now separate entities.

You will have been informed via II Corporate Action what is happening. Basically, they will not credit your II account until they are listed, this will occur early Q1 2021 as far as we know at this time.

I would imagine the Company's Nomad/Advisors would be experienced in this, or would have sought assistance. We can't be the first company dual listed on LSE/NASDAQ to go through a demerger process.

It's getting confusing now.
If ADR/shares are a single order book, then if settled in ADR, you may get Acustem, if settled in shares you wouldn't.
Can MM's bundle two shares and call it an ADR? & if so this would mean the Acustem shares issued could end up being more than 1:1 with Tils, theoretically.
Ex:
180m shares in issue (for Easy calculation)
30m ADR's
120m Tils shares - 120m Acustem allocated
Everybody sells their LSE Tils and buys a further 60m ADR's
ADR's then recieve Acustem (90m ADR's held)
Total Acustem to be issued 120 from LSE and 180m fro ADRs (x2)
Total Acustem in issue would be 300m.

A big mess, lets hope this is cleared up soon.

Good spot Stims. Pre-main market listing PR machine is starting to crank up the media presence of TILS/TLSA.
Only 526 followers at present. If they all retweet it will hit a wider audience along with positive comments will cause a lot of buying and at these prices they're getting a bargain. The hard hold was Nov - Dec 31st.

This WILL work on all Covid variants!!! From Dr Weiner in the interview.
If data proves positive, this is going to be massive.
Carryout another trial and if successful, it can be rolled out to all Covid sufferers.

Although not RNS'd. It was stated in a video call (which was RNS'd), the Acustem listing would be early Q1. People have speculated it will possibly be around the AIM delisting and Main Market listing on the 21st Jan 21.
Brazil trial is what we have to look forward too at this present time. If good, you won't worry about Acustem shares for a while - Then they will suddenly appear and bump your portfolio even higher.

Broker Forecasts ETC. Do these target prices take any account of success in the pipeline.
They have obviously removed Acustem from Tils valuation, so £3 sounds ok for now.
