Yesterday was the lowest close since 13th May 20.
Macd has turned positive.
Are we taking a breather before a further drop to the 69p area, as we only had one day trading through the seventies. Or is this the start of the next wave up and what levels are expected?

Personally I would sell other shares if sub 80p occurred.

The next month or two could be good.
Government won't help as they want to push the vaccine before announcing positive results in medicines that help prevent serious cases/death/long term issues.

That was my point in previous post. If Accustem is value at 150% of tils, the everything is rosey. However, being in suspension, no one knows the combined value and cannot adjust their portfolios for risk and balance.

A few people have mentioned 'sell if your not happy', or 'STFU & sell'. That is not an option, as I invested X amount of monies and now cannot see the combined value of Tils and Accustem. It's like we've been suspended. So my investment decision will have to wait. Today we are around the price we were, when the demerger was first mentioned. If Accustem is valued around 50p I will be reasonably happy.
The BOD are responsible for the releases of the correct information. If they can't do that and their other jobs effectively, then they have too much on their plate. They should recruit a professional to the Board to do the PR /compliance etc, it's what companies do.

I plan to stay with TILS whilst they maintain a pipeline of such quality, well done to the BOD. Accustem I believe will be massive, but no one can make an investment decision whilst we have X% of the company effectively suspended.

I dont think a conference call can be counted as formally telling AIM of it's intentions to move to FTSE main listing. Wednesday was the last opportunity to give notice for a 2020 listing. Are the BOD ignorant to the rules? Surely their Nomad would inform them.

Stated 'Whilst the Accustem Shares will be allotted on the completion of the Demerger, it is unlikely that the process to obtain a standard listing on the Official List and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange will be complete by the date of completion of the Demerger. Accordingly, no Accustem Shares will be actually issued (or CREST accounts credited or Accustem ADSs issued) until the earlier of (i) Accustem Admission; and (ii) 2 months from the date of the completion of the Demerger. This is to prevent the issue of large numbers of physical share certificates which would then need to be replaced or dematerialised upon Accustem Admission.'

Until the earlier - 2 months - Note - As there has been no further updates. I guess we will all see the Accustem shares credited by 28th Dec 20

I've never known such a clusteruck as this event. For all the holders who have held through this, I hope it's valued over £1.

My only concern is, every pharma stock I know has raised funds generally at high prices. Was this assisted by government funding through the relevant institutions who partook. The shares are then sold and monies minus fees returned to government - loss on $57m??. The £2 funding makes no sense. Any other conspiracy theories are welcome.

Have we had it confirmed that they have given formal notice - I would expect that to be RNS'd

20 working days notice is also mention.

Yesterday a someone mentioned - Accustem valued at 20p/sh and Tils fair value at 80p

If that was the outcome, would you sell your Tils shares to gain 4 Accustem shares for every Tils share held - Hold or the reverse 4 for 1 .

Further to that.
We will list with £1m cash and 195m shares at a price decided by the market, giving Accustem a value (market cap), an IPO will then dilute by X% to raise funds. The funds/dilution will allow use to progress and hopefully be bought out for £b's.

If Accustem was of no concern to anyone. Then this is the time to be buying Tils.
2021-2022 Accustem value could be in the range of £2 - £3/sh. Tils value ????
2021-2022 Foralumab value could be in a similar position & not Covid related, Demerge it to get value.
2022-2023 Anti IL-6R mAb or Milciclib demerged.
All these drugs could have their own value of £'s
Tils progresses/increases the pipeline and demerges as the drug becomes proven.
Is this GC's MO for putting drugs up for sale and keeping his stake in all drug until sold?

The total value of the drugs, in four years could be £3 - £10+. All you have to do is hold and let the value build.

So Accustem is being valued at approx 25p?

Didn't we drop around 60p 180p - 120p, before the covid blip.
