JH. Rather than disappointing, I'd say it's the usual fall back to market close. The Nasdaq is 17% higher from the last disappointment last Thurs. I'll take that.
The SP is still at a very low price and valued under £200m, it won't be anywhere near this level if the Brazil trial is a success.

Acustem is due sometime in Jan 2021. No date has been given & the value of each share is unknown.
If they are priced under 30p I will buy some, if they are 50p I will hold. At what price would I sell. That depends on Tils price! At one for one I would swap 50% for Tils.

I can see a 2a scenario:
Where the trial is very successful and the next phase is accelerated. The II presentations go ahead while we float around £2 and funds are raised at this preferential rate for II's, no Acustem this time, before listing and moving onwards & upwards to £3 and beyond.

Will the prospectus have any information on Acustem?
There will obviously be a separate prospectus for the Acustem listing.

I was expecting it to be available on the company website this morning, but they have until midnight. It was only an expected deadline, so not a definite.
From the RNS:
'It is expected that the Company will publish its prospectus in connection with Admission on 18 December 2020'

It's more than 20 days.
I would have thought a Monday would be good for a normal starting point.
The RNS stated 'beyond the companies control'. Is that because they didn't realise 20 working days were required for notification to leave AIM. That would be the Nomads fault in my mind, they are the advisers to the company.
Matters not now, I look forward to the prospectus and hopefully some TR1 notifications as we find out whose been loading up for the move.

Lots of news in the pipeline to come. It's been a terrible 4 1/2 months IMHO.

I believe this info should have been RNS'd as it is market sensitive and is changing expectations from previously released information. There should be one place to check for current information when it is market sensitive. After that the company website & media statements for research.

Acustem & FTSE listing together early Jan 21 is my bet & the 1st trading day next year is the 4th Jan.
12 full trading days and 2 half days to endure. With a sample of the Brasil trial results thrown into the mix. Too risky to be out IMHO.
Think I'll hold on, having endured a 100p drop over the last 6 weeks. The value or loss will only be realised when Acustem is given a valuation. Decision to hold sell or swap between the two SP's can then be made.

A lot of people talking the SP lower - Traders trading & holders trying to increase holdings having sold and are now hoping
to be buying back in at lower price. Been there, done that, but generally missed the boat after a couple of successes. Switch off and return in January to see what Brasil gives us for Xmas.
