I imagine there will be a Broker Note released prior to trading commencement, giving an idea of current value & future value, this would show the way ahead to achieve that perceived value. If money is going to be raised, I would expect them to put out a Prospectus after listing, this would probably be open to II's & would increase the shares in issue & dilute our holding. It's not always a bad thing.

This could be sold before any of that happens though.

Would 36p not equate to around £70m Mcap. Not £7m.

I'm happy to wait if they give me 80p for Accustem, with plenty of upside to come to both shares.
Many shares drop prior to entry into the Main Listing to allow large insti's to buy in. All of a sudden a company lists and value appears. Hang on to their coat tails, you'll do well.

I say well done to the TILS BoD's, they got a pharma investor to pay approx £2 for Tils with Accustem included.
How did they hoodwink them into paying £2. (80p for Stem and 120p for the remainder of Tils at current pricing)
If I receive over 50p for Acustem on Issue day, I will be very happy. From there it will only increase and it owes me nothing today.
Tils is worth more than 120p with its pipeline, so I just purchased 4300 at 122p, I dont think I will be underwater come Jan 2021.

I expect a lot more information to arrive for the market to digest, along with Broker forecasts, so a SP can be set for the start of trading. I believe the information released will be for the purpose of raising funds via equity (Placement to II's), or a sale will be on the cards and II's will want in anyway. This is what I believe they meant by IPO.
I will receive my chunk of acustem shares soon and could be anywhere from £3k to £30k better off instantly.
This is our first trading day in TILS without acustem included.

On that day we hit 104, apart from the 11th Mar 20 when it spiked to 173p. That was the SP when no value was included in the SP for StemprintER, since then we have had many patents granted and we are now flush with cash raised at £2, the SP is now £1.25 without StemprintER, so TILs has increased a lot from that point. However that substantial Investment at £2 tell me we have a way to go for Tils and Acustem.

Hold and buy on weakness. Today could be our low, the trail in Brazil alone could send this to multiples of where we are now. £200m MCap excluding cash in the bank????? Bargain

The £1.78 was the equivalent closing price I saw-$4.60. I'm seeing $3.85 now = £1.50ish

I was expecting a rise back to 180p today. Maybe we'll be dragged up later or TLSA is going to drop 10% to align with us.
If Mondays rise continued through Tuesday to above £2, I would have de-risked and reduced my holding by a third. However at this level I cannot see we have much further to fall on the demerger reset as Tils has too much going on. Our rising support is around £1.44, so hoping news arrives about Brasil trial to boost us back up before bouncing around that level.
No reason we cannot achieve recent highs without StemprintER, if Covid trial comes in, reach for the skies.

Have MM's reset Tils price to reflect Acustem demerger.
Lets hope Acustem lists around 40-50p to start off with and then the smart PR machine can concentrate on achieving full value and it can trade upwards.
