Sad to say this, but it has created a buying opportunity for some. We have all seen the C0vid-19 waves increase and then decrease in almost a copycat fashion.
Buy these why you can, they won't stay sub 40 for long!

Everyone is affected by the dilution. If you didn't take up your RI, you missed out on cheap shares. If the 3 bank have bought up a load of RI shares, they will probably sell at anything above 69p until they have recovered they're monies, thus leaving the remaining shares as a free ride.
PI's may also sell some above the 69p level to get there money back.

The 13031 is the RI shares you are eligible to buy at 69p (£8990). You will then have 18700 shares approx costing approx £19000.
Giving you an average of just over £1/share. You average price without taking up your rights is Approx £1.72.
The previous high of 80p equates to £3.55 after dilution. So £1.33 presently seems fair value for Covid 19 period, but they also have a cash pile.

I think the 2nd tranche will be issued at a slightly higher level as we are no longer in a distressed position. However the institutions may push to have the same beneficial pricing as CD&R's 1st tranche. So we will have around 1150 million shares in issue.
Over the last 3 yrs it has traded between £1-£150, so a mcap of £600m-£900m. With 1200m shares in issue and £150m cash, 50p - 75p would give us a fair valuation to start from. If the business proves viable, then onwards & upwards.

The RI issue is fully covered and any options not taken by the shareholders will be bought by the Institutions for 69p. After the event the company will have 265m shares in issue (approx). Right now that would value the company at £265m. Previous value was around £600m-800m.
So we will be the same company with the same assets / IP, but we will have less shares in issue and £116m in the bank. I believe £2/£3 is fair value to start from.

Obviously some of the drop is due to the poor performance & PWC investigation & loss of faith in the previous board.
SHI should be looking at 50-100% rise to recover Covid 19 drop, to a fair level compared to others.

The offer will be snapped up by II's jumping on the bandwagon after CD&R's 25p placement. These Guy's are in for turning the company around, because it is a safe bet and 100-200% profit could be seen over the medium term.

The £110m in the bank is from the RI. It may well be partly used already, but HYVE still appears undervalued from its previos levels pre-Covid 19.

Its fair value over the last couple of years has been around £600-800m, that was maybe 70-100p. It's now around £260m when the new shares are issued. We also have £110m in the bank. That about 15-25% of it's previous value.
Very undervalued.

Not sure about going below RI here, but FTSE is certainly in bubble territory IMHO. Considering its higher than 2016 levels & we have business that are going to fail by the hundreds. Pubs, restaurants indebted business, air travel and Real Estate due to less office space being required due to working from home. Apologies for OT.

We now know the reason for February's big fall and continued drop.This was probably known by the market and not by us PI's. That's the first i'd heard of it. Whispers in the city. It's never a level playing field. However, for new investors they have been buying around the placement level & below it. Those buys will prove to be a fantastic investment. CD&R are real professionals.

This can also be viewed positively now they are implementing/improving their feedback to the board.
