I just got 30,000 shares via a trade plan, couldn't buy 10,000. However it was executed almost immediately.
lejjb: Just a bit of fun. The MM's do as you say but totally risk free. If a SP is tanking someone puts in a buy order, the MM's buy the tanking shares from the sell side under the buy price to fill the order, or if it doesn't go that low, the order is not filled and the order expires.

Great points you mentioned. I thoroughly agree that the sale falling through is good news, it was cheap at the initial price. Now is not the time to be renegotiating prices as everything is undervalued. Especially those with high debt to equity margins. Sig is in a good position, low debt level and profit making. trading at 66-75% discount pre-covid. A lot of companies are still overvalued, but not this one.

At 16p, for every forty shares you own you will have four new ones plus get 9 offered at 69p
You cost average for the 13 shares you will hold for every 40 old ones will be about £0.97 (£1.64 at the moment).
40 x 16p = 640p (1 for 10) = £6.40 & 4 shares held
9 x £0.69 = £6.21
13 shares held for £12.61 = £0.97/share. A 40% discount from todays price.

Good time to move it!
Market will probably see it as negative, but DCM is only a small contributor since the low chrome price and as it's been shut down for a couple of months and will remain so, I see it as a good idea, unless it becomes expensive for some reason.

Watch the FTSE and Dow for Risk On Risk Off days. Thurs last week would have been a good buy when the FTSE fell 4% midday, but recovered along with Hyve.

Talks of a Rights Issue, corresponded with the increase in shorts. I can't see this going much lower, however HYVE have been hit hard due to a rights issue and the details have been announced, also there are no shorts open on that stock!

So at 69p post RI and consolidation, the mcap would be £185m with £116m in cash, giving a figure of £69m for the assets it has at present. Seems harsh to write down > 90% of the value when in 2021 it is expected to return to profit.
