From Half Year results 30th June 2019.
The Group finished the period with net debt of £158.2m (H1 2018: £176.1m)
and headline financial leverage fell to 1.4x (H1 2018: 1.8x).
FY2019 results due April, so hopefully, we will see further improvement.

From RNS 25th Feb 20 - Ref Directorate changes.
Revised FY 2019 Results Date:
In light of the directorate changes announced today the Group will now announce its 2019 full year results in the second half of April 2020 (previously Friday 6 March).
This could give a real boost to the SP, as this is dropped to 65p on that announcement, from around 83p. A 100% gain from here doesn't get us to 40p.
Awaiting the heard to arrive as talk of the lockdown softening gains pace. 2 or 3 weeks for 100% gains.

This Covid 19 has really hit the DJIA bad if its now almost as low as Dec 18. What happened then, I can't remember, was it serious?

It's now happened, S&P has closed 32% down.
It'll be along weekend for those holding stocks over the weekend. Some great rises today, I missed them all!
I'm guessing the FTSE will take a hit Monday, due to the closure of pubs etc & the talk of 12 months of social distancing. It will put the stock market recovery further down the road. It'll be a long year, especially without toilet rolls.

Agree with your assumptions Jonah.
I'm just not sure the NHS will cope through the peak. I feel sorry for the people that will have to decide who gets the ICU care.
I was surprised to see Tim Martin on Bloomberg this AM, supporting keeping Wetherspoons open. He did make sense with how it can be controlled with more cleaning, contactless payment etc. He then compared it to going to the supermarkets, what's difference? I don't need to answer that.
There will be many souls of the younger generation, that will be left wondering if they had any cause in the loss of their grandparents/parents. We all remember being bulletproof. There's some selfish posts out there on social media. 2 weeks/2 months, it's not that long. I spent longer on a wave.

I've never watched so much TV - Netflix boxsets especially.
I'm thinking of contacting sky for a refund on my Sky Sport, as without Rugby, FI and a bit of footie, there's nothing to watch on those channels. A bit tongue in cheek, but renewal is due soon. I'll keep it in my armoury!

We are in the same ballpark as the other countries listed. Death rate goes exponentially. I don't think the market is turning, there's more pain to come. IMHO
Jonah 58, I hope you're right and the vaccine is found and distributed quickly. Hopefully we will only see this scenario once in our lifetime. As a Falklands vet, I'm more worried about this than I was in 1982. However, I'm reasonably healthy. Presently self isolating for 7 days at the request of BJ due to having symptoms over the weekend. Back to work Monday.

Today would have been a good day to release the Interims.
However I feel the markets are setting themselves up for big correction on Monday.
72hrs of Covid 19 cases hitting the news and tighter control measures announced over the weekend.
We are still rising exponentially here.
The only short term Saviour could be an agreement on oil production cuts, but fuel usage will be massively down.

Bought National Express yesterday, reassuring RNS today. Although I was buying in the 75p region yesterday, it closed at 90p. Still waiting for a better rise, currently 99p.
Oil majors look good, but oil is expected to fall further.

A lot of junior have less assets and massive debt, yet valued above cash value.

It's 60% of the MCap in cash. With no major costs outgoing ( Except BoD). The deal also appears to be progressing. We hit the 20p area when that was announced.
Should rally somewhat from 4p or certainly see some investors return.
If the deal goes through oil won't be @ $23/bbl by the time oil is extracted.

They've just received about £10m from United oil, plus whats remaining in the bank, trim overheads and stop all forward planning for Falklands. Market cap is now £20m, over 50% of mcap in cash. If cash comes in from the arbitration, this could re-rate massively.
