Another (attempted) raise would indeed be catastrophic. As a long-term holder, this is absolutely the last thing I wanted, but the only way forward now is to sell off the Islandmagee project (ideally with a fabrication contract guaranteed for H&W Belfast) to inject (pardon the pun) sufficient cash into the business for working capital for those damned yards.

But, but, but, they have exactly ONE HUNDRED contracts in the pipeline (weighted or unweighted, I can't be sure).

I write this as a consistent advocate of the Islandmagee storage facility.

Given that the SNIP is, currently at least, one-directional, meaning that gas cannot flow from NI to GB, would the logistics of shipping gas to Islandmagee, where it would be stored, then pumping it back onto another ship to be transported to a suitable mainland GB port when sold, stack up? The real excitement around this project was generated by the potential reversing of the SNIP, yet all seems to have gone quiet on that front over the last few years.

Of course, the gas could remain on the island of Ireland, but that doesn't alleviate mainland GB's chronic lack of storage capacity.

Is the £1.5m payment for Appledore, due in the next week, a full-cash job, or is there still a £300k consideration in shares, as per the original agreement, which was due in August? I don't recall this ever being clarified. If the latter, I can see why the share price is being walked up...

Re his comment during the recent LSE interview about not taking a bonus this year, does that preclude him from taking one on 3rd January 2022? Technically, it's not a lie...

Does anyone have any feedback on the careers roadshows in Plymouth and Southampton, which took place the week before last (if indeed they did take place)? There is no mention of these on the company's website. Oddly, though, in the "News" section of the website, reference is still made to the "Framework Agreement" covering the "fleet of RNLI vessels"...
